The Hilton Guest House Inn & Suites is our favorite place to stay in Poulsbo. It's not fancy, but it's affordable and well managed. Staff is friendly, welcoming and efficient. Breakfast is great and always well tended by the attendant. They have a huge hot tub and the location is super convenient and safe. Rooms are compact, but clean and comfortable and quiet. I give it 5 stars here because it exceeds my expectations for a hotel a this price point. If you want the Ritz, stay there. If you just want to be comfortable and treated nicely, stay here.

long time follower, 1st time reviewer. Visited family in Washington, US. Family recommended this hotel and it did not dissapoint. Matter of fact, it was much better than expected with great breakfast which was free. Free fast internet and they had a big jacuzzi which I enjoyed very much. I will be staying here next time when I come back to visit my family!

Breakfast was aweful...sine kind of microwaved egg thing trying to resemble an omlett but was overstuffed with bad runny cheese. Threw that away. No Bacon the first morning although advertised to provide bacon. The sausage patties were under cooked and cold. The waffle mix was a weird color so we did not eat those. We opted for cold cereal but it was too stale. On the second morning they did have bacon. A glob of wet microwaved mess. The muffins were very stale so we didn't eat any of those. So...we went to Denny's near by and had a great breakfast.|The shower stall is absent of any security safety bars and the toilet was like a child's. Very short and small.|The cleaning staff was exceptional - lots of smiles and greetings.

Hallways were overpoweringly saturated in the scent of commercial carpet cleaner, and the room was fully unventilated and had a strong cigarette smell. The room otherwise was ok, and the staff were excellent. Didn't hear my neighbors at all.

Breakfast was a bit repetitive but the quality was great. Gathering space with snacks in the evening was a nice touch.

Suggestion to staff would be to allow the windows to be opened at least a few inches to vent the rooms.

Located just off HWY 305, the hotel offers easy access to several restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Upon arrival, Krista checked us in and provided information about the complimentary breakfast. It's worth noting that the hotel does not have elevators, so guests may need to plan accordingly. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a mini-fridge, good water pressure, and comfy beds. We were impressed by the friendly service from Karen and Julie at breakfast, as well as Joyce and Monique, who made us feel welcome. We would highly recommend staying here again.

I gathered bunch of friends for the annual St. Patrick's Beer run in Poulsbo. We chose the GuestHouse International Hotel as it was highly recommended by the Chamber of Commerce. Hotel was very convenient as it was only 15 minute walk to downtown Poulsbo. We had total 5 rooms and hotel was very accommodating to have our rooms near each other as well as providing us with early check-in.||Hotel was nicely decorated with welcoming lobby and rooms had new furniture as we all could smell the fresh wood- like a new car smell. Service was outstanding with all staff greeting us and asking how our beer run was, etc. ||Rooms were super duper clean, and all rooms were equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave- very useful!||Breakfast was real good too, many items to choose from such as bagels, muffins, yogurt, omelet, sausages, and waffle.||We plan to make the St. Patty's Beer run our annual event to get together and we'll be back to this hotel!

Spent Christmas with family while visiting relatives that lives in Bainbridge Island and it was only 15 minute drive to Poulsbo. Hotel had everything we needed, complimentary breakfast with hot food options- cheddar omelet/waffle/bacon to name a few, fridge + microwave in our room was a nice surprise, and we used their HUGE hot tub daily even though it's located outside in their courtyard as they kept that thing perfect temperature! Finally, absolutely GREAT internet speed- very consistent "FAST" speed!

The room was what we needed a place to sleep! I was just disappointed that the coffee in the room had one pod and it turned out like a light tea. Our kids seemed to enjoy being in the room. We did not use any of the facilities while we were there. The beds were pretty comfortable and I slept a bit longer than I do in most hotel rooms. I would stay here again if I needed to stay overnight in Poulsbo.
