My friends and I rented an air b&b on New Year’s Eve in the area and saw there was a NYE event happening at the guest house, so we took the 10 minute drive to check it out - and we ended up having one of the best times at the bar. We were initially greeted by the owner, Jesse, who immediately welcomed us and told us about the Guest House lodge. We were shown to the bar area where we listened to some amazing live music before the big event - an incredible Drag Show with some phenomenal Queens! We mingled with the queens, staff, & other patrons after the show and EVERYONE was extremely welcoming and pleasant. Side note - the owners even helped us out the next day with an issue we had at the air b&b because we had no other ideas with everything closed today (new years day). We WILL be back! What an amazing experience!

We had an amazing time for New years at the Guesthouse. The place itself was nothing less of beautiful. The staff were extremely wonderful and helpful, managed by Jesse & Lenny who do a great job and running the place! We definitely recommend checking this inn out.

We love coming to the Guesthouse! The service, views, comfort and food are all spectacular! We bring a good book or game to read/play by the fire in the lodge, and our hiking shoes for one of the nearby trails.

This place is the BEST! I stayed for a long weekend this month and enjoyed every minute of it from my lovely Carriage House room (#1 has the best views!), the sauna and hot tub after hikes, delicious breakfasts and dinners (shout out to Tiffany!), and all of the cozy reading spots. I can't wait to come back during other seasons of the year and bring friends! Gary and Jesse have created a really special place and I'm so glad I discovered it.

Wow, just wow! I have only eaten at the restaurant. The food is top notch, I recommend going for dinner to fully experience their culinary expertise. I don’t have a favorite thing, the entire menu is 5 star. The ambiance…oh the ambiance! This might be the most aesthetically pleasing dining experience I’ve ever had. The staff is so friendly that I feel like a friend after one visit. I love the mixed drink specials, which are very well made. I recently learned of some live entertainment and am very excited to come back for that!!! Thank you Guesthouse team, you rock! See you soon.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this wonderful inn in the mountains of West Virginia. The hosts, Jesse and Gary, were warm and friendly and ready to offer suggestions about exploring the area. The inn felt like being in one’s beautiful and cozy country home, with several areas to relax by the fire, watch a movie, play a board game or just enjoy the great views of the mountains. We were also very pleased with the dining room and bar, as well as the friendly staff and guests. We are definitely planning to go back for another visit.

Stayed here and had a great time with friends! The rooms were clean and the service was friendly and good. The restaurant felt a little stuffy and the ‘on your plate’ breakfast threw us off as there were no choices. It was a good breakfast though! The pool was great! The owner/manager seemed very inquisitive about our plans for dinner and lunch, which we thought was a bit odd. Overall, nice place for a getaway but I could wait for another occasion before I return.
