While the location of this place is quite convenient and few steps away to beach
, my experience was far from pleasant. Unfortunately, the rooms were not clean, and there was mold throughout, which caused my family to feel unwell. The front desk staff was incredibly rude, making the overall experience even more frustrating.

Additionally, despite what is advertised on the website, they do not provide what is promised. Instead, they seem to randomly assign rooms from different buildings located on various streets. It felt very disorganized, and the quality did not meet expectations.

If you're looking to spend a few hundred dollars per night, I would suggest looking elsewhere, as this is definitely not the place for a comfortable stay.

bottom cabinet drawer missing handle|Other bottom cabinet drawer has loud spring sound when opening.|Handle from top cabinet not screwed on properly and came off in my hand.|Front desk worker was abrasive and have computer blocking me from their view. she said such things as “sign this” without telling you what you’re signing and shove a piece of paper in your face.|Fridge has crack on front|Headboard has paint chips missing|Inadequate clothing storage. Basically only an ikea tower with narrow drawers for drawers. 3 hangers.|Bathroom clean - except for shower shelf. Dusty - but outlet cracked and too close to shower head. Maybe up to Florida codes but not Ontario or Quebec if that’s where you’re from.|Light switch in bathroom cracked.|Everything has some sort of mark on it.|Space between top and bottom of door so no noise protection.|Door is filthy. One spot looks to have been repainted but not properly|Holes punched in the wall.|Place needs to be scrubbed hard from top to bottom.|Windows not properly cleaned.|Closet threshold full of rust.|Plus the drawers here are sandy with dirt in them and can’t be wiped because of their material. No paper towels provided and office is two blocks away |Only outlet in bathroom is just under the light. Good luck to shorter people plugging in hair tools or electric razors. |No curtain on back window and light was streaming in from alley behind place. Had to call front desk at 4:15 AM. They said they’d send security but could not confirm whether or not it could be turned off. It was the lights from the parking garage across the street…|Heard clanging outside my door off and on multiple times and rustling, as late as 3:00 AM. Sounded like a person and not just an animal or bugs.|Walls are paper thin.|When I went to turn off the air conditioner or turn it down, I went to close the vent and it come off in my hand. So not attached properly.|Outlet is located directly outside of shower. Possibly a safety code violation|Showers are supposed to be relaxing but I felt like I was narrowly avoiding a bacterial infection |Shower curtain is torn in multiple places at the top (take photo)|Light from parking lot across street came directly in through window at back of room even at 4:15 AM.|Window at back of room has a screen that’s not secure so lets in noise and is a safety issue. The top opener is missing and the bottom one doesn’t work so you can’t open the window slats. There are tracks where a closet door was clearly removed. This needs to be replaced, a curtain needs to be added or the parking lot across the steeet needs to start turning off its lights at 11:00 PM. This ruined my sleep on the only beach day I have here in HB. I’m from Canada so can’t just come back.|The back window and bathroom window are so encrusted that if there were a fire, nobody would be able to get out through them.|Heard the neighbour’s squeaking shower faucets at 5:00 AM.|Light in hallway turned on automatically at 5:07 AM.|Someone walked into the room next door at 5:07 AM and I could hear their door close even when it wasn’t slammed.|Someone came dragging their suitcase on the cobblestone outside and talking loudly at 5:15 AM. They then proceeded to slam the door of the room they had left and I could hear them getting into a car. Clearly checking out. |Floors are nice but need to be replaced as they are severely scratched.|When I requested a kitchen box, one of the bowls was still dirty.||Not worth more than $50.00 CAD per night. I used Airmiles on this plus an andditional $103.00 CAD for two nights plus a $38.00 USD service fee. I will be requesting a refund of at least 50% and points back. I have also reported this property to Airmiles to be dropped from the program.||Good parts:|- kitchen clean|- bed comfy |- smart tv

I have never wrote a bad review about a motel....never. First, i finally found it, no obvious signs. Then I find out the office is 2 blocks down the road. They handle several hotels with 1 office. Booked riding in and asked if that charge was everything....yes was the response. I get there and get charged more money for motel fee and parking fee. Got to the room, wife wiped het foot off after walking around the room....filthy. Baseboards....filthy. a/c so loud I thought there was a helicopter outside. Didn'teven bother with what they called breakfast. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I checked in on 1/25 and Kirwin took excellent care of me as does Anyi each visit. I really appreciate the level of guest service I receive each week for my weekly staycations. I really enjoyed the room Kirwin assigned me. ||I stayed in RM 1306 and it was very quiet, comfortable, and very clean. I’m literally feet away from the Broadwalk and the beach. ||Thank you all for always providing excellent guest service each stay! ||Shawn B

Once you get there they tell you about all the fees that weren't included in your online booking. It's crap to make you think it's a better deal than it is when price shopping. room had bugs

Probably in all my years of travel one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. Unkempt and dirty would probably be kind words to use. Stain marks in bathroom and bathtub made it uninviting and unhygienic. Bedroom had more marks and scratches on the walls and doors than a Friday night rave in a run down venue. Clearly no money or love spent on maintenance or upkeep.
I probably should have been aware at check in when the representative was more interested in his text conversation on his phone than the check in process and failed to react to the customers pointing out the cockroach running across the lobby.
All in all no one should continue paying money to be a guest here until they invest in some basic maintenance and cleanliness.

Location is the ONLY THING going for this place. It was absolutely disgusting. I have been to many hotels and I have never seen anything like this. They apparently bought out a lot of smaller hotels around them, but have not updated them at all. Very old very dirty didn’t even feel safe at all. We stayed in what looks like used to be called the flamingo hotel the floors, the walls, the baseboards, everything was disgusting and to top it off they still charged almost $400 for the night.

Rooms are small, but who cares about size, right?
My room is around 100 steps from the ocean, and I have to admit, I've been an Illinois, Floridian all my life and always skipped Hollywood? This place outways Ft, Lauderdale, North, and South Miami by far because it's less populated.
The first thing I noticed was that it's really quiet.
All I can say is if you visit this city, please don't screw it up, meaning, don't think this is the new Ft, Lauderdale.
I'm planning on moving here so you will be kicked out if you invite problems...
