This was our 4th visit. Our third day pass visit in a year. This visit there was a $15 parking fee. I never understand parking fees. It was disappointing. The process of exiting the parking lot by scanning your wrist band was unsuccessful. We tried 10 minutes to get out. Definitely not worth the $15 fee.
The check in process was terrible. There was a line of 15+ parties and only three staff to meet the need. We waited 40 minutes to check in for our day pass bands. Tried the kiosks but they didn’t work. This shouldn’t happen. Staffing needs to be better at opening time.
The water park itself is great.
The food selection and price for food is terrible. We spent $60 for lunch for 4 with three of them being kid meals.
The arcade is a parent’s worst enemy!!!
If it wasn’t for the inside water park that my kids love, I would not fall prey to the outrageous prices of food and would not return. . Yes we can leave and go off site for food. Just might do that.

Great family time! Now you may want to bring some foods and drinks with you because everything adds up. We got the food and family pass and stayed for 3 nights. We had an amazing time and the place was very clean. The kids did everything and enjoyed it all. I’d say two days would be the best amount of time and using the app is helpful for ordering food at the restaurant with no wait. The rooms were nice and cute but didn’t get turned over everyday like a normal hotel. Overall amazing place and I would highly recommend!

We had a great time. Traveled with my girlfriend and 2 kids. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, attractions were very fun and had something for all types and ages! The place was huge! It may be pricey, but you at least get great quality for what you pay for.

We paid full price and don’t feel we got the value for the money spent. The resort is not all inclusive, but the rates are on par or above what an all inclusive resort would charge. For example, we stayed at the Nickelodeon resort for about 75% the cost, had a swim up suite, and all meals and drinks were included.

Now, I knew the price before I got here and figured it would be nice for my family, even if it was a bit pricey. Then I got here and found the staff completely lacking in hospitality. For example, The lady at the ice cream shop showed visible annoyance when my son picked his own ice cream flavor. This is one of a few experiences like this.

All in all, the place is a fun time for children, but not worth the full freight price. I would come back, if there was a deal on rooms in the $200-$300 range. Anymore than that is not worth feeling like an inconvenience for trying to enjoy the amenities of the property.

This was our second time here and probably won’t be back to this location. It was so busy and crowded this time compared to the last time. EVERYTHING had a long wait-food, games, elevators. All the free activities were too crowded to enjoy. All the tables in the water park were full all the time. Usually could only find chairs in a splash zone. No unused tubes for the lazy river. Things in the water park that were broken 6 months ago, are still broken. The arcade prices were higher than last time. The new parking gates are a pain, I understand scanning to get in, but scanning to get out is ridiculous. The hot tub was closed the whole time we were there. Literally every time we stepped into the wave pool, there was a bandaid floating around. I called down to get clean bedding and towels because my kid threw up on day 3. When he started feeling better we went to watch some activities only to literally get peed on by a boy who peed his pants on the ropes course above the bench we sat on. No worker in sight to clean up the kid’s pee all over the bench and floor. We hurried back the room to shower and still no clean towels after a request 6 hours prior.

We did have a very helpful lady at the gift shop. Also, the young man assisting on the ropes course was very kind and helpful to the nervous younger kids. Bowling was fun and the nice lady at the ticket desk gave us new tokens after the game never loaded properly. Almost every employee I encountered smiled and greeted me, unfortunately there just didn’t seem like enough of them.

Great interaction checking in the hotel with Moses the supervisor ? ?! He was respectful and all smiles, even when he was assisting other employees trying to check- in other customers. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pleasant! Try the chicken Alfredo pasta at their pizza joint. If you have kids they will love it. I was there for a law enforcement conference. You can't go wrong at the Great Wolf lodge.

The rooms are definitely getting used, but that's part of the allure. It's supposed to be a wilderness theme. Our room was clean, with no particular odor. And glad we read the reviews about there not being comforters on the beds. All of the staff so far have been very helpful and polite. Food is definitely expensive (family of 5). But pizza was delicious along with the pasta. This was only day one, so let's see what the next 3 days offer.

Worst experience! Purchased an expensive cabana only for it to be filthy. Complained and nothing was done. We were never provided water or towels which is a part of the package. Requested water 4 different times as well as towels, but never provided. Our cabana was filled with bees. Again nothing was done. There was one engineer who was trying his best to help us, by spraying. But all of this to only get stung by a bee and we realized that there was a huge bee nest inside of our cabana. Was told I'd be reimbursed, but after reviewing my account, instead of being reimbursed, I was charged twice for the cabana. I'm currently out $700 and cannot get in contact with anyone regarding this. I've called several times and left on hold for a total of an hour. So guess what, I'm going to have to drive all the way back down there to get this rectified. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again! The experience, wait, food and cost is just not worth it. Save your money and time! This place deserves zero stars!

Update:
The response from Great Wolf is a joke. I followed up, sent an email and have called for the last two days. Nothing has changed and no one has called me back. I will have to dispute all the charges with my bank to get all my money back. Unreal!
