I will start off by saying what a dump. Got day passes to water park waited at the check in for 45mins then was told that parking was $15. The lobby was very dirty. The dirtiness carried right into the water park. The amount of Maintenance issues seen is quite amazing the places door are even open.

I had a good time at this location, though I wish that the rooms were a bit more themed. The waterpark was amazing and had over 8 slides. There is a kids water play structure and some family slides. Though I wouldn't go again, I do still have good memories of the place.

We arrived and had to wait one hour passed are check in time because they didn't have any rooms cleaned up that we paid for.

The rooms wergross. But when we got there it was extremelywarm.
*Huge downside that they do not accept cash for anything*.
Water park is small with very limited things to do. We got awaken at 10 to a fire Alarm that a kid triggered. But the alarm kept tripping because they were struggling to turn off the alarm. The quick service was an absolute cluster. We place our order on the app witch was very easy and got a message to go pick up when we got there was no place to pick up your order and staff didn't seem to know what to do. The women's shower in the pool area was dirty and grosd.

Great water park, but the rooms are uncomfortable. The mattress was awful, felt like a half-filled waterbed. You could feel the springs poking through the sofa. I had to put several pillows on the chairs to not fall through.

The arcade is nice, but way too expensive ($3/game), especially considering we've already paid to be there.

Overall, a really fun time, but I'd look for another water park next time.

Staff is friendly and helpful. There's alot to do for the kids from lots of water park space (indoor and out) an arcade where kids can actually get a decent amount of tickets and lots of fun free activities though these seem geared towards the younger kids. The rooms are nice but the amount of "living room" space is pretty limited. So far though we are very happy.

The water park was great! We had so much fun on all the different water slides and pools. The resort and rooms look like they are in desperate need of repair/maintenance/updates! Our room looked like it was falling apart as did many parts of the resort. Service was ok, not great, mistakes were made by the staff but at least they tried to fixed the issues when we brought it up. I probably would not recommend this place to others in the Dells just because there are so many other places that are better. This place was very nice when we went years ago (>5 years) and I'm sure other Great Wolf locations are great but this one needs to have to serous work done to it!

I'm enjoying my life at the lodge today. The hotel rooms come with pool passes. The rooms where nice and clean. Yesterday it was not overcrowded. Looking forward to hitting the wave pool today. Non stop party! I would recommend this place up there with Chula Vista and the Kalahari. Don't forget your free wolf ears at check in, and check out the dance party on the TV.
