Not a bad cheesesteak at all and this past August marked the first time in maybe 3 years having one here.

Obvious competition with the likes of Charley's, Great Steak makes a decent cheesesteak if not a bit pricy.

Even before the COVID hit along with the unnecessary inflation and minimum wage hike, always thought GS was a bit up there in price.

I was starving' at the time so the cheesesteak and Philly fries hit the spot. I rarely see these around anymore but certainly hope for continued boomin' business for the owner(s).

Bad cashier with blonde hair. Dirty nasty grosss service. Cashier not friendly she seems like does want to work and helps. She is very rude. Can not ask questions about the orders. Asked for extra meat and she did not do it. Ask for easy iced for the drink and gave extra iced. So the drink is end up iced more drink. Never ever come back and don’t eat here.

Yummy Philly chesesteak fries and lemonade. Just a tad overpriced. Tasty food however. I ordered my order without bread becuase i am glutem free. It was good. Try it!

Their great steak is so damn good I had to come back to the outlets just for the food. The gentleman at the register is super nice and friendly, declined a tip so I guess I’m coming back once more before I leave the US. The food is pricey but so are most things nowadays. For the quality you’re getting you can’t complain. Highly recommended.

Great Steak is normally really good but this time around it wasnt.
Food was super dry and had no flavor at all. The cheese was from a pump so i was just bummed.
Wouldnt come here again .

Horrible place! Waited for over 10 minutes no one was in sight, other customers and I were yelling to see if anyone was around, I finally called the store’s number to have them help the line of people they had only to greeted with bad attitude by the cashier. Another woman who’s name was Marissa was just standing there looking at the women cooking not even trying to help.

25 minutes for a meal and 2 potatoes. No line ahead of us. EVERY CUSTOMER that came after with similar orders received theirs first. Watched my sandwich sit there for 23 minutes. Wish I could take back the $5 tip I left. The lady was friendly taking the order but they were both INCOMPETENT AF once it came down to making it. Sandwich done before fries were dropped. Sat there while the other woman took the fries that were clearly for my order and gave them to the woman behind me. 4 other sandwiches were made and distributed while I waited on my food. If it helps, the cold sandwich gave off tasty vibes, like it would've been good if it weren't ice cold.
