Messaged 3 days ago about plastic being in my food, no apology or anything but seems we get responses here. all together in this town many restaurants standards have quite dropped some old cooks and bakers moved on, new ones take our place let’s remember our health is at stake, and this is something I would expect to happen in a large scale company not someone who has “a” shop.

Pretty shure I ate a piece this one scratched my lip.

I love the new location! Booths! Much more space to move around. Same awesomeness as the original location, just more elbow room. I arrived at 12:45 pm still hungry for something breakfasty. I was happy to learn that I could still get a veggie breakfast sandwich on the sourdough bread, so I did. My sandwich was wrapped in foil, then paper. It was warm, with melted cheese, avocado, a cooked egg, and grilled peppers. It was so yummy, even though I was full, I wanted another one immediately. I also got a locally made kombucha. This location feels good to me. I love the option of sitting with friends in a booth.

Amazing baked goods, fresh sandwiches and salads, and tons of samples! Everything we tried was delicious. We picked up goodies and sandwiches to take on our flight home and wanted to buy more but ran out of space in our carry-ons! If we ever make it back to Fairbanks, we are definitely stopping here at least once. Staff was very friendly as well (which we found to be true everywhere we went in Fairbanks).

Got lunch here, was immediately offered a sample of a s'mores bar. I ended up buying a s'mores bar and a Baja chipotle sandwich. Service was great, very friendly. The sandwich I got was great, everything was distributed well. Would recommend trying some of the baked goods.

This little place became a treat for me and my son. We come probably once or twice every month. Food here is awesome. Their soups are to die for. Always clean and good atmosphere.
However, the reason for 4 stars is service! Oh my God, not once since I started coming here has service been good. Either there is no one to train these young people or they are seriously underpaid. Today I found a hair in my salad, and did not get a ''sorry'' at all, just a chuckle like it's funny that I am grossed out. I don't make big scenes and I always come back to this place but this time I needed to write this and I hope someone is reading this. Either train your employees, pay them more or fire them. You have a good product but bad service and this might lose you a lot of customers.

Excellent sandwiches and bread. As I ate my hot Italian sandwich on focaccia bread, I literally said to myself, "What a fantastic sandwich! I need to come here more often!" No exaggeration. Great food.

Nice, cozy atmosphere! Staff was extremely sweet and helpful. When we first walked in, we were welcomed and had a variety of bread samples. The monkey bread and cinnamon chip (not sure if that’s the right name) were both delicious. We both had hot sandwiches that tasted fresh, and we got to choose the bread we wanted. We got a chocolate chip cookie for dessert, and that was great too.

Highly recommend!!
