My husband and I came to Graze Craze tonight for their St. Patty’s Charcuterie class. OMG!!!! Best date night ever! I was a little worried that my husband would be not into it, but he loved it! We leaned hard to make roses with their fresh slices meats and how to make fruit look so pretty with some unique cuts! We even received samples during the class and yummy refreshments. We walked away so happy we came and now time to snack on the boards we created! Thank you again to Graze Craze for a awesome experience!

I went to Graze Craze Visalia for my first charcuterie building class! It was so much fun and the instructor Emily was for sure a pro calm, knowledgeable and very interactive with all students. They also have very friendly Grazeologist helping us throughout the class.. Can't believe I got to crown blueberries Besides building my own charcuterie board to take home.. my friends and I were fed throughout class I will for sure come back again when they have another class I learned so much and cant wait to try all their other items.. I got to class a bit early and got to try their turkey flatbread sandwich and wow.. just the right amount of seasoning and sauce mixed with all the fresh ingredients burst into delicious bites after bites!

I recently worked with Angelo and the team at Graze Craze on a grazing table for my sister's wedding, and highly recommend using them for your charcuterie needs. From our first call, Angelo was great at helping me understand the options available, was diligent in his follow up, and was flexible to our needs. I'd previously considered DIYing the grazing table myself and am so glad I didn't. Working with Graze Craze was literally as easy as me telling Angelo what I wanted, providing him with the venue location and time, and that was it. The Graze Craze team took care of the rest. I didn't have to chase anyone down, they arrived at the venue on time and did a great job with setting everything up. My sister and all her guests were really impressed by the delicious spread, and I have no doubt that they'll get more business because of it. Highly, highly recommend them.
