A dependable spot for meetings—there’s always seating, and the extended hours are a definite plus. That said, they’re not very accommodating. I wasn’t able to get cheese removed from a breakfast sandwich due to a dairy issue, something every other place I’ve tried has handled without a problem.

Prices are also on the higher side—sometimes nearly double compared to similar options, like Rivers Edge Café. It’s convenient, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I love this Gravity, everyone who works there is great but I want to give a shout out to Masen, hope I spelled it right. She is awesome, friendly , and is always on point. Her vibes put me in the best mood. She is a gem and I hope she never leaves. I know people are always quick to complain so I wanted to share my always positive trips to Gravity in Sumner. Please add the Caramel apple drink on uber and door dash. The 1st drink is got today wasn't even the size I ordered and had to reorder it.

This has become one of my favorite places - mostly cause it's the only coffee shop open till 8p in the area. Coffee is good. Atmosphere is cozy. Staff are friendly.

I had ordered a triple 24 ounce iced coffee, but the barista handed me a 16 ounce instead. I had said that I ordered a 24 ounce, and all she said was she rang it in as a 16 ounce. She was clearly not going to make it right for me, even though I paid $9.20 for the drink, $11.20 with tip. I ended up going into the store to get the correct drink I ordered. She ended up throwing out the 16 ounce drink, and started to make a 24 ounce drink. She mentioned the prices had recently gone up. Once she made the drink, she charged me ANOTHER $9.20 FOR THE DRINK SHE SHOULD HAVE MADE THE FIRST TIME. I'm not sure if the barista was on something. But the lack of quality customer service was horrible. I also noticed that even though I didn't sign the sales slip for the second drink, the barista had the nerve to add a $1.00 tip. I've tried calling the store, but even after verifying the phone number, I can't ever get the call to go through. I've tried calling the corporate office in Pacific, WA. But all I ever get is a busy signal. This was probably the most terrible experience at a coffee stand I've ever experienced.

The atmosphere is great, the Energy drinks were good, would rather go here than Starbucks to get some work done. Went in to wait while my girl was getting her hair done, and the whole vibe was great. Would recommend again.

This is the best Gravity coffee stand I’ve been to! I’ve been to the Puyallup, Buckley, Tacoma, Auburn and Milton locations. However, these 4 employees make it amazing. I will drive out of my way to come see them. Every time I come to get energy drinks or coffee Mia, Ari, Maysen and Edgar are always so welcoming. They’re the best of the best. 5 stars for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff is always nice. But sometimes I’m waiting in line for 20+ minutes with only 3/4 cars in front - not always but most of the time. My biggest complaint is that my coffee is never stirred well enough. White chocolate powder is always sitting at the bottom. Stick to getting energy drinks from gravity.

Got a hot mocha with whip cream and whoever is working today at 9-10am does NOT know how to make coffee. I didn’t even get what I ordered whatever I got was very bitter and no whip cream like I asked but got burned milk with burnt foam which is DISGUSTING. What happened to good quality coffee? Very disappointed
