Charming well maintained home decorated tastefully and with an uncluttered style. Beautiful kitchen and dining area and outdoor area when weather is nice. Would be fabulous for a large family/party gathering. No host but easy access to house and private room with bath. Hall light shined thru the gap in our room, at night, but blocked by a pillow I put on the floor. Very well priced.

Gorgeous home - from a page out of an interior design magazine. Quiet beautiful neighbourhood for a walk about. Easy stroll to the best morning bakery. Downtown is a couple of blocks away for food and shops. The host is attentive and easy to contact. I didn’t want to leave.

Loved staying here overnight! The bed was very comfy and the house is truly a gem! It was like the best of both worlds...the quaintness of the homes' original details combined with up to date amenities! I enjoyed the beautiful chef's kitchen in the early morning drinking my coffee and envisioning the house as MY house lol. Wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy everything the property has to offer. Beautiful place.

This Inn is in an older house that has been beautifully restored. It is very clean, located in a quiet street only a few walkable blocks from downtown Lodi with plenty of dining options. Our biggest complaint was the fact that it is listed as "Bed and Breakfast" on Expedia, but they in fact do not offer breakfast. As a matter of fact, they do not offer any of the personalized service of a typical B&B, as they operate mainly as a self-serve housing facility. Upon pointing this out to the manager, we were told that this was mentioned in one of their communication. The problems were that 1) Booking was not refundable and 2) They inundated us so much with notifications (we have received 13 of them) that we did not see these fine prints. We were hoping to get some sort of compensation from the management company for this very misleading advertisement, but this was never offered....

Beautiful place - nice, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to downtown. Minutes from many wineries and restaurants. Would recommend. This would be a really great rental for a large family or friends gathering (multiple rooms available).

What an amazing find. Self catering and beautiful home with every amenity and more! Beautifully furnished Sitting rooms, kitchen worthy of preparing a feast with all the utilities you might need to do so. Outside barbecue, ,fire pit, hot tub and patio in a lovely, peaceful and private backyard. The bedrooms are roomy with the most comfortable beds, bathroom has everything you might need and may have forgotten. Impeccably clean and well furnished. It feels like a 5 star accommodation with 2 star prices. We will be back!

Amazing stay for our extended family (10 people, ages 4-70) - plenty of space, great backyard for hanging out and relaxing, responsive host, and perfect location only a 5-10 min walk from downtown. Highly recommend, and will definitely book again next time we're in the area.
