Last but not least, they did an amazing job with snow removal such that I could get to the mountain every morning with no issues. Reasonably priced.great value."

Just spent 9 days here visiting my son and skiing at Palisades. It was a great experience. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet and in a beautiful location. The breakfast was great. Varied and delicious offerings. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The sauna and hot tub were great apres ski amenities. Last but not least, they did an amazing job with snow removal such that I could get to the mountain every morning with no issues. Reasonably priced...great value.

We brought our kids here today to ski and snowboard. Our 7 year old took a one hour private ski lesson with Lee and our 6 year old son took a one hour private snowboard lesson with Jeff. Both were incredible. Our kids had a fantastic day. The hill is definitely good for beginners as it has 2 lifts. The entire staff was fabulous and so accommodating! The food at the lodge also hit the spot! I would highly recommend this place for anyone with kids or beginners. ||To say the entire staff went above and beyond is an understatement. My husband left his skis and did not realize it until the ski area was closed. The front desk staff contacted the manager of the ski lodge who returned to the lodge after he was off so that we could get my husbands skis back to were we rented them before they closed. No one was rude or acted as if they had been put out. This place is great. ||Again, I would highly recommend this place.

What a wonderful experience. Nestled in the woods this lovely and reasonably priced property had so much to offer. Breakfast each day was amazing with so many options to choose from- such higher quality than expected. Loved the rustic dining room for dinner with again, excellent food and nightly specials. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very close to Palisades ski area and a lovely drive around the Lake. Enjoyed the hot tub, spa and watching the families on the sledding and ski hill. We would highly recommend Granlibakken!

The standard size bedroom was a good-size room with plenty of counter space. The room includes a microwave, a good-size mini-fridge with freezer, two easy chairs, a desk chair, two beds, one nightstand. The beds were a little too soft for our comfort. Some parts of the room looked like they had not been updated since the 1980’s. The bathroom with the toilet and shower/tub was old looking. The sink is in the bedroom. The room was very quiet and dark at night. The breakfast buffet was good but the dining room was cold. It would have been nice to eat breakfast without needing to wear a winter coat. The walkways were cleared of snow before breakfast. The roads were plowed enough to be passable before breakfast and cleared more thoroughly later in the morning. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous resort. Our family really had a blast! The staff are courteous and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place. The Sledding/Snow boarding/Ski slope is a short walk from your resort room. Very convenient and a great slope for families with young children.You get 50% off snow equipment rentals and activities so you don’t have to pack equipment from home. The breakfast buffet included with your booked stay is delicious. We had the Eggs Benedict😋. There is a nice restaurant on site that is a nice dinnng experience but that is an additional cost. But the food is great and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Carlos, the restaurant host/manager was friendly and extremely helpful and positive throughout the whole meal. He made the dining experience especially enjoyable. We can't wait to return for another meal.|Loved the design and decoration of the dining room- very classy without being too elegant and feeling stuffy

The fam LOVED everything about Granlibakken! Rooms were cozy, the Granhal breakfast (esp. the cheezy eggs) was on point, the ski hill and instructors (thanks Lee) were fantastic as a first snow experience.|Last, but no least, Carlos and Lukas were really holding it down at the Cedar House Pub - great service and food.

What a fabulous little secret tucked in the woods. Family friendly, great activities, friendly people good food for breakfast and dinner. Used the spa and easy access to Palisade ski area. The unit we had was comfortable and homie. Will be back again!
