Really nice hotel, especially for a smaller town. Everything was clean and fresh. Here on a skiing trip so the warm pool & hot tub / jacuzzi were a big hit (see pics). Breakfast was very limited tho (mainly thin sausage patties and French toast sticks, no eggs) but for the price, no complaints.

the beds as usual in the USA are super comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly very good and lots of choices. A smart TV would be great or the possibilty to plug in our devices and stream. Wifi was working good. Had a good quiet nightsleep.

Excellent hotel. My room is impeccable. Keurig with really good coffee k cups and teas. The pool and hot tub was pristine. Breakfast was a nice spread with a large eating area. Chocolate chip cookies at front desk. I'm hooked on the hotel chain now. I hope they build some in the Waukesha/Washington county areas. Prices are better than motel chains believe it or not. The hotel is very warm as are the rooms so bring a fan for sleeping.

This hotel was so perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with waffles! The hotel was very quiet and clean as well! Located near restaurants and an excellent grocery store and easy access to the highway. Area seemed new and very safe!

We went to a wedding close to the hotel. This is a nice hotel, clean, the space in the bathroom are large.
The pool was warm and the jacuzzi perfect.
The breakfast not amazing but have some protein, bagels, yogurt and some fruit.

The GrandStay Hotel met out expectations and more! We had a wonderful Valentines Day weekend in Mt. Horeb, with an event at Cave of the Mounds and their Love on the Rocks event. Combine that with the hotel stay with great rooms and great staff and reasonable rates, we could not ask for a better weekend! Thank you!

Looks nice but here’s the details:|Lady came into our room with her room key. We were sitting in the bed watching TV, you’d think she would have apologized and left but she looked around and finally mumbled something and left. We asked her, “Do you think you are in the wrong room?”, like there is obviously something wrong, but she didn’t respond. I went and got new keys made and made sure to lock and block the door. I read another review on here with similar situation of someone getting a key to your room. Lock the door!|Spotlight shining into our room all night. The crappy window shades did nothing to block the light. Also windows are paper thin, anything that happens outside you can hear. Birds chirping, cars driving by, people coming and going. Not near a major highway but still heard everything outside. The major things I want from a hotel, darkness, quiet, comfortable bed, they really failed.|We had a coffee maker in our room. No cups, no coffee, no amenities, no ice bucket, no free bottled water (which would have shocked me). One tiny bar of soap, nothing extra like shampoo and conditioner.|Looks like it was remodeled not long ago. fixtures aren’t real old, but really cheap. Also there was caulking smeared in bathroom floor and paint stains, looked sloppy. You did have to look close to notice but overall it was fine just not well done.|Place was clean, we had towels, there is a pool we didn’t use, big whirlpool tub in the middle of the room we didn’t use, tv worked, wifi was good, breakfast was adequate. If you want a good breakfast go to a restaurant. Free hotel breakfasts are worth what you pay for and this place was in that category.|One nit pick thing, when I talked to front desk there were people there but when I asked a question they talked to each other, not in English, then finally one of them would talk to me in English. Just a nit pick with me on customer service. They were courteous and answered me nicely but I was not sure what was going on until someone spoke in English. It seems like a small thing and overall my review is bad so just another thing that bugged me.|We stayed here to move my son home from Madison. One night. Never will I stay here again.

The first room I was checked into was dirty and the air didn’t work. There was hair all over a pillow case and another was stained.
No apology but they did move me rooms. The second room the floor was dirty but at that point I was tired and there are few options.
The bed was comfortable and the pillows are great.
Breakfast was abundant.
The staff is not overly friendly or welcoming.
