Run down rooms full of roaches. Very odd and very possibly drunk staff. The pool is empty and even at noon the place looks like it's closed down. The hallway is sweltering from all of the machines running inside. Apparently people live here full time but they occasionally have vacant rooms for day rates. Don't come here with dogs, the motel literally painted "No Dogs" on the city sidewalk. Wanna be close to Laughlin so you can enjoy a room but be close to the casinos.... Fine ... Until 10 pm then everything locked up and there are signs saying no guests. The security camera feed is tied into the cable system so just flip to channel 62 and you can watch all the cameras.....! Stupid! The property is listed for sale... And I can see why!

No shade from 9 am to 8 pm Sad for a place that has furry companions. Your fuzzies will have burnt pads!!! Pool hours June - October opens at 8ish closes when night staff wants to close
It. Also with the doors , usually 7 pm when they also try to lock down for no visitors ( not 10 as signs read , I’m old enough not to have parents for my visitors.) ice machine has roach poop due to the infestation . Other areas have outside electrical boxes packed for 3-4 yrs no w it’s scorpions!! Snakes and LARGE LIZARDS live in the rocks surrounding this place!!

Be prepared to pay for parking. Fantastic service and amazing people the bathrooms leave a little to be desired but are clean and the hot water and water pressure are Fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms very cleanly. Book in advanced because they fill up quickly.

This is a pet friendly hotel with a hundred dollar deposit! The view of the Colorado River is breathtakingly beautiful! The room we had was large but no frills. The owner is kind but the other staff is less nice! We had to take our own trash out and have been here for a week and no one has shown up with towels or washcloths! The lighting inside and out is sparse! Their pool is fine. The beverage and food machines will not work if your dollar bill is the least bit crumbly! Ice machine works great and they have washer and dryer on the same floor as us. The one frustrating thing our room had was a sink that kept clogging and standing water that kept seeping up into the sink! The shower was great! The price was better than a few others I called on for a weeks stay! But for a return visit I think not!

2nd day there I'm asleep in bed at 8 A.M. and two employees - a man and a woman - just unlock my door and come in to "check the water" in the bathroom and out at the sink. The guy actually works maintenance there, but so what? I couldn't believe it. You could be in the shower, on the toilet, in bed with the wife, or whatever, and they just invited themselves in without notice. There's a phone in the room, they could have called first with some notice. Nobody does this. This in addition to several things wrong with the room. Stay away or learn the hard way.

The entire place reeked of cigarettes and despair. I have never stayed in a place so gross. We had to open the window and turn on the heater for a remnant of fresh air to be able to breathe through the night. Pretty sure there was blood on the blanket, I just used the sheet, my bf used his jacket for warmth. There was hair on my pillow, bf was kind enough to trade pillows so I had the "clean" one. The remote for the TV was so corroded with funk you could not tell what the buttons were for. Did not want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The shower was hot, that was good, but the hair in the tub and threadbare, stained towels offset that. Really, unless you are drunk, high, or smoke a couple packs of cigarettes a day, you should probably steer clear. We are fortunate enough to only have to suffer through 1 night and we got out early in the morning. Truly disgusting and sad.

My neighbor had occasion to stay there for a while, and the room she got left something to be desired. The bedding was clean but thin, there were stains on the rug, the fridge didn't work right and she had to discard some good. The owner was very accommodating, but some other employees were not. This place has long term residents as well as visitors. They have a resident taxi driver who willingly takes people to their destinations. There was only one room available when my neighbor checked in, and unfortunately, they had loud fights. It's close to restaurants and shopping, but the closest stop light is a block away in the opposite direction. One enters from the back street; personally, I would stay only in an emergency or if nothing else was available in my price range. They offer weekly rates. The owner gave my neighbor a monthly reasonable rate. However, other employees told her she had to leave after 2 weeks, and for an unreasonable reason. The owner corrected that situation. Neighbor found other residents friendly.

I love the people there and a lot of them live there but it is old. The first room we tried the a/c wasn't working so they put us in another and that one worked but we were on the third floor and heat rises.. This place is up on a hill and looks neat from the street but is so old. The office doesn't even have a/c. The carpets are stained, bedding is old, and the bath towels looked like hand towels. Take your own soap and shampoo.
