The impression is worse than the websites and pictures from these points. The cleaning status was poor, there were debris and remaining hairs in the bathroom. Linens had pet hairs. Regarding to the amenities, a chair was wobbly and a coffee machine had slight remaining water in it, there was only one toilet roll, so you need to check if it’s ok to sit or use them carefully. The glass sliding door in the bathroom was hard to close. It’s need to be fixed before next guest.|No matter the message of checking before 8pm, the reception closes at 6pm, later on it will be automatic check in. Then anyway “preauthorization” deposit was $100 at digital check in and they charged random fee extra.|I do not recommend this facility so far.|After some improvement, this should be better.

Very curious little motel in a very curious little town. The "cabins" are wood-paneled rooms, 14 units total, connected to each other in two clumps. My partner and I stayed in #6, which faces the street and is good for people watching. It's a small room with a tiny sunny bathroom with new-looking tiles. The king bed swallows up most of the space so you have to shimmy around the edges of the room, especially if someone is sitting at the one chair at the table. For some reason every wooden surface was sticky (bedside tables and main table). The mattress feels like foam and was firmer on one side than the other. |Daily soundscape: children playing from the school across the street, laundry machines for the property (very loud thudding during day), other guests coughing in the next room, every phone conversation held near the room, unidentifiable low bass rumbling at night (doesn't seem to be music). |Shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion provided in large pump bottles but two of them were empty (I bring my own anyway). Tap water tastes fine. Keurig machine but NO tissue box (bring your own if you have allergies, etc), no hair dryer. Mini freezer stacked on top of microwave on top of mini fridge. The freezer is surprisingly bright light at night (it has a transparent door), even when we covered it up. Sound machine provided. Great rates, lovely staff, short walk to nearby diners and gift/vintage shops. Angeles National Forest trails completely closed due to wildfire.

First I'll start with the good aspects of our stay- the check-in and check-out process was very smooth and quick- its all done on your phone. The manager on site was very polite, courteous and responsive to our requests.
The issue was the room (cabin #9, Deluxe Family Fireplace Suite) which was not clean, at all. There was dog hair everywhere, and I mean everywhere- covering the floor, on the beds, all over the blankets- it was clear the room had not been vacuumed, or really cleaned at all after the previous guests' departure. We asked the front desk to please vacuum the room again and bring us a new blanket for the kids bunk bed room, which they did, and that helped a little. We still got back home with dog hair covering every inch on our clothing (we currently do not own any pets).
Aside from the dog hair, there was what appeared to be dog food left on the carpet, there was absolutely no hot water in the bathroom sink (we had to wash our hands in the bathtub), the toilet had a hard time flushing, and the one wall heater in the main room (note- there is no heater in the separate room with the bunk bed in it- it got VERY cold in there) was SO loud and made so many banging and creaking noises that it kept my husband and I up almost the entire night. On our second night we asked for a space heater (which the front desk provided) and we used that instead of the wall heater- at least it was quiet and we were able to get some sleep. Overall extremely disappointed with the accommodations.
The location is great- Wrightwood is a very cute little town and the cabins are within walking distance to basically everything and only a 6 minute drive from the Mountain High snow play area which we went to with the kids and was a great time.

Very clean no-smoking cabin #6. Great view of the surrounding mountains. Short walk to restaurants, shops, stores. Good parking. Our host Jonathan was friendly and helpful. He even let us check in a little earlier than our scheduled time.

Very clean super cute and close to town front desk very nice. Very beautiful town and area with live music and great food and great drinks very helpful at the front desk and they’re very efficient and timely. Cabins are very cozy and god for any size family. Right in the center of all the restaurants and bars.

My family wanted to come to Grand Pine Cabins to enjoy a snowy weekend. Days before our arrival, it rained and all the snow was ruined. Grand Pine Cabins did not grant us a refund or offer any credit. Their customer service was not helpful and often did not answer our calls. We lost almost $500.

The hospitality was amazing the location was nice and quiet with perfect weather. The room was really nice, clean, and cozy with all the amenities needed. Will definitely keep coming back.

The workers were so friendly! And it was the cutest and most quaint spot ever, such a lovely location! The place is nestled next to a few different shops and restaurants.It’s so homie and warm. The perfect place to spend a romantic weekend with your better half.
