From the second I pulled in to the parking I didn't feel comfortable at all. People hanging outside the hotel (obviously not guest) and very empty. Check in process was quick and easy and the receptionist was kind and helpful (only good thing from this whole experience). Went to check out the room and as soon as we walk in it smelled like cigarettes, in the Non-Smoking room. Everything looked dirty: the sheets, curtains, bathroom, carpet, everything.
We were absolutely deceived by the pictures!
DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE PICTURES!!!
NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!
We spent one minute in the room and went back to check out.
DO NOT STAY HERE

Thank you Arizona for introducing me to the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
It was clean and there were no visible bugs insight but my goodness it seemed like everything was broken.

The room curtains were tied with clear plastic, the bed frame visibly broken, a hole in the wall, the light above the sink did not work, one nightstand did not have a lightbulb, the tv was not connected to anything, the bathroom door did not close, there was no shower curtain, the bed comforter had burn holes in it.

If you need to stay somewhere for an emergency it works, but this is not a hotel room I wanted to stay in longer than necessary.

The front desk staff were great. They were friendly. The room just did not feel safe, or welcoming.

Listen folks. If you need something dirt cheap and don’t mind getting what you pay for then this is the place for you. It’s not luxury, it’s very “urban” and prob reflects where America is now between drug epidemics and people really be struggling. That is the environment you are walking into.

Shit happens, but what really makes this place worth giving it a shot has to be their manager Issac. He is professional, and handles issues with ease and always makes things right. I was in a real bad spot, having to have my new home fumigated unexpectedly for termites burned a hole in your wallet and Issac helped make this nightmare of a situation (termites are gross and $uck) into an almost neutral experience.

To the upper management, I hope you understand and value Issac. He is the biggest asset you have, and that includes the property. Treat him well. Show him praise and more importantly pay the man.

Worst place to ever stay. Reserved a double bed room, got one single bed. There is no TV in the room, no shower curtain, no towels were provided in the room initially. Asked for a towel and got one that couldn't even cover me it was so small. There were roaches coming out. Too many people doing drugs outside. The key kept giving me issues. Front desk service is terrible as well. No phone no WiFi either. This is a place only druggies would love.

for me to leave a review it has to be extremely good or extremely bad but let me say extremely bad is an overstatement for this hotel. We were coming back from a long trip in mexico and we decided to stay in tucson so we stoped at this hotel. Pulling up to the parking lot we were greeted by a bunch of junkies and once we went inside the receptionist took FOREVER to arrive. We checked in and went to our room and for starters the pool was very poor keept and nasty. we got to the rooms and heard screaming and inside of the room there were two tvs and NO POWER. and we looked there was mold EVERYWHERE. we checked out, got our money back and went all the way to Las Vegas that same night.

Don’t let the photos and rating deceive you!!

I should have taken the time to research the reviews and location. The minute I drove into the parking lot I felt my my left was at risk. I probably will not be refunded, but it’s okay, it’s not worth my wellbeing. This place is near the highway and bridge.

I drove around the building to further justify my reason to avoid this building and location. Empty rooms, flipped furniture (seen through the windows) and sketchy individuals in and around the establishment. I peeled out is the parking lot a booked a hotel far away from this place!!

This is a sorry excuse for a hotel. The bathroom looks like it was being worked on. Poor reception on tv. Couldn't watch it. 3 dinky towels. No washcloths. 1 tiny pillow for a king size bed. The walls and ceilings look like a work in progress. A lot of people around didn't look very inviting. Will never stay there again.
