Lee checked us in, acknowledged our Hyatt status and wished me a happy birthday. We arrived at 1pm and was told our upgraded suite wasn’t quite ready but gave us pool wristbands to enjoy the facilities including spa. He texted around 3:30pm letting us know that our 2 bathroom, Deluxe King Suite with pool view was ready! Thank you Lee!||The suite is spacious, WiFi is fast, loved the retro fridge and microwave, dining table for 6, wet bar, L-Shaped couch and 2 big TV’s with a great view of the pools and slides. Shower pressure in both bathrooms was strong and the Hyatt king bed was true to form: comfortable and fluffy and gave us a good night’s rest. Our only issue was the Chromecast streaming which didn’t work for us even after a visit from the tech guy. ||Breakfast was comped at Tia Carmen’s in the lobby and serve Birria tacos, chile verde quesadillas & cornbread on top of all the usual hot breakfast buffet items. It is $39++ if you’re not Globalist. Gracias Alejandra for your attentive service!||We spent more time in the adult pool and spa but families seemed to enjoy the lazy river, multiple slides and several pools. The property is huge with a bar and food outlet between the adult and kid-friendly area. The golf course is perfectly manicured and landscaping is tops showing off a beautiful desert-y upscale California setting.||We had a great staycation here and plan to return end of summer when it’s not brutally hot. ||I want to thank Aileen Alvarado of Guest Experience Team who reached out prior to our stay. There was a birthday cake, birthday card and Prosecco bottles in our suite when we walked in. What a spectacular stay! This was an amazing resort - with brilliant staff and service. Jenny set the tone immediately, as she checked us in and provided such a wonderful start to the trip. But everyone we encountered went out of their way to be friendly, and ensure we had a fabulous stay. The grounds, room, and pool areas were all so wonderful! Clean, comfortable, and exactly what we wanted from a relaxing celebratory vacation week. We usually go the route of rental homes when in this area, but we are so glad we tried something new this time. Will absolutely be back! Thanks Jenny, and everyone at the resort who helped make it such a fantastic time. Don't hesitate to book this gem of resort!

I had such an amazing time here! Was staying overnight for the Indian wells tennis tournament but the hotel staff here was definitely the highlight of our trip!

I experienced one of the best valet services I’ve had in my years of traveling. Eric and Adrian were amazing, super smiley outgoing and just overall a pleasure to talk to. We were so happy to valet with them! They even gave us cold water bottles for our journey back to Orange County what amazing hospitality😃😃😃

This is a beautiful resort with a legit water park, at least 5 pools and a very nice spa/fitness center. The rooms are fine, not special. Surrounded by a beautiful golf course. It's expensive, but that's to be expected in Indian Wells during the pro tennis tournament. We didn't try to onsite restaurants, we did have a very expensive drink in one of the bars.

We had a wonderful and relaxed time at the resort, we were here in November and then came back again in February. It was expensive, but the water park is awesome, with slides/pools and a bike trail. Pool water is at optimal temperature. For the price which we paid, I expected the rooms to be more luxurious. The restaurants on site are good.

This is an absolutely beautiful location and resort. So many things to do, many pools, a lazy river, slides, lawn games, and golf. A store and Tia Carmen and a bar with a beautiful waterfall fire wall. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well designed.

We loved our stay at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort. Here's why:

Arrival: I wasn't quite sure what to do when we drove up to the lobby entrance, so I asked the valet. The gentleman I spoke to was super helpful and patient.

Check-in: we checked in around 6pm and it was quick and easy. The gentleman that helped me was great at explaining everything. We also appreciated Nicki for the truly amazing service when my wife checked into another reservation the following day. They made our son feel extra special.

The room: we were grateful for a complementary upgrade and loved how spacious it was. It will be a memory we will never forget.

The resort: it's easy to get lost within the pool area, but that's a good thing because that's exactly what you want when you're having fun at this place. We didn't get a chance to use the spa area or golf, but hope to be back someday. The gym was well equipped. I am a fan of the Hyatt and peloton partnership to earn a little more points by exercising for a short time. There are lots of activities for kids and adults; too many to list. The grounds are well kept and very safe.

Breakfast: we enjoyed our free breakfast for being Globalists. On the weekends there's a breakfast buffet that is very good with a huge variety that includes made to order omelets. During the weekdays there's a menu to order from, which is basically the same food from the weekend breakfast buffet but in a different format. I preferred the weekend breakfast buffet because the weekday menu wasn't very substantial. I also enjoyed the weekend breakfast crew the most too. Our favorite server was Cassandra because she always had a pleasant smile and great attitude; a wonderful example of a well run restaurant.

Communication with the hotel: I really enjoyed being about to text the number on the card key to ask for information. They were extremely responsive and professional.

Check-out: quick and easy without any hassle.

We were impressed and want to visit again someday!

Excellent customer service from every staff member we met. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was immaculate. The cleaning staff went above and beyond, anticipating what we would need by bringing extra sheets for our child without us asking. We had a wonderful stay.
