We used Gorge Rentals to manage our house for a couple of years before we were able to move into it. They did such an amazing job in managing the property. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls, are prompt when there are problems, efficient and reliable with payments of any kind and just super nice people. Such a great place to stay in Hood River. Sunny with high ceilings, large rooms and everything you need to stay in and relax. Close to everything but on a side street so quiet and relaxing. I really appreciated how clean it was. Host was great also! A plus plus. Thank you !

I have been using Gorge Rentals as my property management service for many years. They have always been professional, and if there is ever a problem with my rental unit, they fix it immediately. Recently, they hired a new manager, Erin Herman, who has over 12 years experience working at luxury hotels in the Seattle area. He is fantastic! I recently did a very nice remodel on my unit, and I have been hesitant about renting it out, but it was absolutely turn key after the last renters. I moved to the area from Los Angeles for a job in 2021. I enlisted the help of Gorge Rentals to find a place to live when I get here. Connie was amazing at finding a place in Hood River for me. after a year and half she again found me a place closer to work in The Dalles. Where do I begin? I have never had a rental lease under my name and I can say that I’m grateful that my first one was with gorge rental. Connie, Denise and everyone under gorge rental staff are incredibly awesome. They will help you to their best ability. When I wanted to move out and be independent on my one, Connie and everyone else was quick and found a place for my sister and I. Not only that but they also found a house for my family. This is literally the best company one can have under a rental and property lease. I wouldn’t even think twice in recommended them. The staff and how they manage everything is the best, you will get the best.

From day one of inquiring about homes for rent, Connie and everyone at Gorge Rentals has been very nice, prompt, and helpful. Finding a nice place in Hood River is a tough task! But they made it a smooth process and seriously treated me like family. We’ve only had one maintenance issue (outdoor water faucet leak) and it was fixed within 24 hours. I’d really recommend anyone to them.
