We just got back from driving up through the Arctic Circle to Prospect Creek. We were on the road in half an hour..our vehicle didnt miss a beat and the tram in Fairbanks couldnt have been more helpful
Also Debi in Anchorage helped sort rhe whole trip from whoa to go! She was so helpful and made sure we got what we were looking for to have THE best experience! It was magical and unforgetable!

We rented a truck camper and were absolutely happy with it. The vehicle was as good as new and very clean. Many thanks for the friendly customer service. We had a very nice time in Alaska and can recommend Go North to everyone.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Nic, in Fairbanks, went above and beyond for us when we had a delayed flight into Fairbanks! We were also supported by two different people on the emergency/weekend line (I think their names were Joe and John, but not sure; I'm sorry.). They were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with an electrical issue we had in the motor home itself. Other than the electrical issue, the RV was clean and comfortable and served us well on our 10-day Alaska vacation. When we turned in the RV at the end of our trip, it was a very easy process and Nic was super helpful and accommodating, again! You don't find customer service like this very often! I highly recommend GoNorth Alaska!

We rented an SUV in July/August, and Nic had it all set for us. It was a wonderful experience - super nice staff, fantastic vehicle especially in term of space and gas mileage, and everything was so easy and went smoothly that made our first tour in AK really incredible! (We drove through the Denali Highway, without a flat tire - praise the Lord!)

Really easy and friendly to work with! Good quality RV that was very clean and no mechanical issues. Shower pressure surprisingly nice! Such a great experience around Alaska and would definitely recommend!

We rent an RV here this summer, but I forgot to write a comment. Today is Thanksgiving, and I thing it is time to say thanks to GoNorth. It provided a very friendly and helpful service. The RV was also better than any other RV we rent before. Definitely it is the best RV trip for us!

Rented from them in June 2017 and 19. Overall good experience but their insurance is required regardless of your personal insurance. In 2019 had a spare tire size mixup that prevented me from using it on the Dempster. Both times left behind personal items, they returned both via the mail. I would use them again if I couldn't find a better agency.
