The place was beautifully decorated with lots of antiques. It had a homey feel, I felt like like family there. Very clean. It reminded me of the kind of place my grandmother would live in with all the antiques.
Marsha, Annette and Lisa were great friendly. The breakfast were awesome. Definitely planning on coming back.

We stayed here for 6 days and enjoyed it more and more each day. The price of the room includes a full and delicious home made breakfast. You share a common bathroom (there are only two bedrooms), but no one else stayed there while we were there. The house is decorated in a kitschy homey style with some antiques. Our host, Marsha, was just lovely and very accommodating, while not invading our space. She really was lovely. It is a bit out of the way(N. Hollywood, near Burbank, up in the valley), but close to a highway, and only about 15 minutes to get to the touristy part of Hollywood.
We plan on staying here again next time we visit!

This home was deplorable. My young daughter was uncomfortable even sitting on the couch during our short 20 minute stay. We did arrive early, and I did expect some leftover clean-up from the previous guests....BUT NOT layers of dust and huge piles of broken rock in the front yard, not to mention the noisy construction a mere few doors down (which was not disclosed.) We ended up paying in full and moving to a hotel. Also, for those considering a stay, the area is not a good one.If I could give no stars, I would.

Very whimsical, homey place,
extremely comfortable!!
The host Marsha Goldfinger, and her Daughter Annette put out a wonderful Breakfast, with egg cups, assorted breads, fresh fruit, to name a few items. It is definitely a place we will rebook. Thank You Marsha!
