Golden View is a quiet & peaceful resort with a great view. Very clean, comfortable remodeled 2 bedroom cabins, a dock for each cabin w full electric hook ups, fish clean house, deck with Weber grill, wi-fi, sat TV, great Verizon signal and John and Bonnie are awesome, helpful resort owners/hosts. Like the previous review, nice little cottages, quiet, no frills, and great view of Chief Lake. Some of the best fishing in northern Wisc. Been fishing the flowage for 45 yrs. This will be my 3rd visit to Meo's since since my other favorite closed up after 35 yrs. Tried other resorts, with all the frills. This is a great place with reasonable price, if you just want to fish and relax.
