There is no better way to see Alaska than by air, and their is no finer aerial tour than what’s offered by the impeccably professional and congenial team at Golden Era Aviation!

Take a step back in time to a simpler era when travel was a luxury experience—when the depression of WWII gave way to a vivacious, opulent way of life.

Park on the tarmac and leave 2022 behind. Your pilots will greet you with smiles and charm, while your stewardesses serve you champagne. Music from the forties will swirl about the cabin as you soar above the photogenically perfect Knik Glacier.

A truly amazing experience to fly with Golden Era Aviation. I had the opportunity to go on their first flight of 2022 during the Great Alaska Aviation Gathering in Palmer. Nico, TJ and crew really go out of their way to make each flight a memorable experience in their restored DC-3s.
Thank you for an awesome flight. I sure hope i will have more opportunities to fly with you.

This was one of the best aviation experiences I have ever had anywhere! The Douglas DC3 is my favorite plane and had a blast! I will definitely do it again and will put the word out to all I know! Great staff from the registration area to the onboard crew. Friendly, engaging, and you can tell they have a passion for what they do.Well done, Golden Era Aviation, well done✈️

If you want to experience Alaska from the air, Golden Era Aviation is the way to go. You get to experience flying over a glacier in a DC 3. The pilots and crew are top-notch. Next time I visit Alaska, I’ll be booking another flight.
