Wow. I had a long wait picking up someone from LAX so wanted boba. Gps led me to this nondescript place. Got the green Thai bob milk tea. Wow! Great flavor! Super subtle flower note, not so sweet, very light. Bob was warm and soft in the middle. This drink hits the boba spot and competes with the best of them in taste and in price.

Edit: Watch the ice! They give loads like 3/4 cup.

Pretty Good. Order from an app too good to go and they actually have a variety of Donuts on the go. Thank you. Apple fritter and chocolate bar are the best. At least for us! Thank you.

They are great with customer service. They have different options for drinks to go. The donuts are fresh and ready to go. I went there just once to try it but now I want to keep on going as a regular.

We really enjoyed the mixed berry smoothie with boba added. The mocha shake was also very good. Donuts were decent.

Very friendly staff, variety of sandwiches, I buy the T8 has egg, ham, sausages, bacon, mayonnaise and avocado, delicious and a juice for diabetics. Definitely recommended

I got an iced coffee and a singlr donut. Total was $7.75. Seems a little ridiculous on price if you ask me.

The coffee was an espresso shot mixed with syrup and milk. If you wanted it sweetened with syrup or any flavor, it was an additional 25 cents. Basically, it's a latte when I just wanted a simple iced coffee.

The donut, on the other hand, was pretty good. They asked if I wanted it warmed up, and I said no....however, they proceeded to warm it up because one of the ladies in back said they had to warm it up to make it taste better.... so that tells me it must be pretty bad when it's room temp? Overkill on the service, especially when it wasn't necessary.

The location is a little rough... tight parking and hard to access when theres a lot of traffic. I'd go back to try other donuts.
