We staywd in TLF, the room was great! Nice kitchen, 2 bedroom, it was a good stay.... up until after we left. During our stay in TLF, we had our friends watching our 2 cats and our dog. However, as a pet owner, our bags, clothes and just about everything else, is covered in their hair. After we checked out of our room and already was in another state, we got a call from Gold Country Inn. They accused us of having animals in the room (we didn't, like I said, our friends were watching them) and their only proof was that there was hair in the room.... DUH! ALL OF OUR STUFF HAS PET HAIR ON IT! They basically called us liars and charged us a $150 pet deep cleaning fee. If you can avoid staying here, do it! Nice rooms but obviously very rude staff and they will charge you for anything for no reason.

The Building/ Room is super old.
Lots of bugs everywhere. Had to contact the front desk several times in regard to it and still had bugs for the entire stay!
That’s unacceptable!
It appears that the cleaning people stole some of my food, which I notified the front desk.
No one ever apologized or tried to resolve this.
Very concerning!
Be careful and cautious of your belongings when staying at this lodging location.
Would not stay here again!

I stayed here for one night since it was the only affordable option in the area and I needed to catch a morning flight in Sacramento.

We checked in at the main lobby and was told we would be staying in Tranquil Buttes, which is another lodging building down the road. Tranquil Buttes is a very standard lodging building that I compared to a time capsule. The rooms are very dated, but it was surprising to see that it came with the standard amenities of a modern hotel room. Wifi, hairdryer, ice machine, vending machines, free laundry. Not many people stayed here when we did, so it was nearly deserted.

There isn't a lot to do at Beale, and food places close early. We arrived at 7:30 PM on Saturday night, and all of the restaurants on base were closed. The only food options were in town, which would've been a 15-30 minute drive each way.

Safe place. It's a long way to get onto base. Most places close by 7pm so plan dinner accordingly. They have frozen meals that can be purchased at the check-in location.

The staff is always helpful and welcoming. I stayed at the TLF for about 6months on an AD tour with the clinic. They were very accommodating provided excellent service.
The manager Ms. Gina ensures that guests are well taken care of and trains her staff to go above and beyond!
I look forward to staying with them again.

The room was clean, no issues with cleanest. The only issue that I had was that I was unable to turn down the heat in the room. Thank God they placed a fan inside the room and that I was able to open the window.
Don't asume that the room is near the checking office.
I stayed there because I wanted to be closer to the Hard Rock Casino

The hotel was quite,clean and close to my family. My granddaughter is military. We had a death in the family, my son died and coming from Texas, we needed a place to stay close by to make arrangements. Thank you for your service and kindness.

Great place if you just need a night or two. Staff was great but the front desk is not walking distance from where we were placed. Building is old but livable (looked like old barracks converted into lodging).
