Back in 1970 I was introduced to Public Nudity through a psychology course at College in the SF bay area. Most people were in their 20s through 50s. The location was The Esalen Institute in Big Sur, known as The epicenter of the human growth movement. ||The experience was quite grounding. While nothing compares to Esalen, the fact that Glen Eden was designed as a family "nudist camp" for all.||Now that the world is 'liberated', the young crowd tends to stay away, so if you are looking for a 'hook-up' this is not your destination.||As it turns out, my neighbor (now a senior living in Washington) lived here when she was 10-16 years old and there were plenty of kids for her to play with. She has fond memories and hopes to come back for an extended visit,||The food is excellent and so are all of the daily exercise programs... Tennis, Pickleball, indoor shallow pool for water volleyball, and exercise workouts. Of course there is a hot tub and sauna.. live bands on Saturday nights and lots of activities to keep you young and vibrant.||Glen Eden is a fantastic place for your introduction to Public Social Nudity.

I am renting a camper space here long-term. It is very comfortable with numerous amenities and activities. The facility is excellent and well maintained. If this is your type of place, or if you're curious to find out, schedule yourself for a tour and come visit.

My wife and I visited Glen Eden for this first time this past weekend. Making arrangements was quick and easy - Haley found us an opening on a busy weekend; she was attentive and called us back as soon as she had a place for us. ||The tour went as expected - our tour guide met us along with other new visitors. We met near the pool; at that point, we were asked to get nude and start the tour - the tour was informative and served as a good introduction to the resort. We will admit that we were a little overwhelmed at first as our tour was during Sabroso and the pool was packed.||We rented a deluxe RV space - hook ups were easy and the space was nice with a clean cement pad. Once settled, we went t the cafe and had lunch - food is good a reasonably priced.||We quickly adjusted to the atmosphere and pretty much remained completely nude for our entire stay. The people there made that it easy to assimilate and fall into the clothing free environment. We met some nice couples and they made us feel at home. We were invited to events by several people - very welcoming atmosphere. ||The property is huge - my wife hiked one of the trails and really enjoyed the scenery. I used the fitness room - nice facility. Overall, the property has many nice features.||Only downside was the weather - we picked a weekend when it was mostly overcast... but that staff can't control that. All in all, a very awesome two days in a very relaxing and fun environment. We will be returning and very likely will become members!

Been going there for years. Very relaxing, plenty of activities to do. Restaurant has some great food choices Great bands that usually play on weekends. Sunday afternoon they have a live casual music. Would highly recommend 👌

I explore unique hotels, cities and expeditions for a living. I’ve been curious about Glen Eden for a while. The amenities were fine, but I was deeply disturbed that children are allowed here. Children CANNOT CONSENT to being nude in public OR being EXPOSED TO NUDE ADULTS. Once I discovered this, I left early due to it being deeply uncomfortable. It honestly makes we wonder if the positive reviews (mostly written by men, interesting) are pedophiles.

Staff were awesome here and the place has A LOT of activities to choose from. The place is run by the members (unlike most other resorts) and you can tell they definitely put a lot of work into it. If you’re coming here for the hiking trails like I was, you won’t be disappointed! I really look forward to coming back!

The best people, facilities and management of any naturalist resort on the west coast. Folks are very welcoming and there is a myriad of sports, games and activities for all age levels. My health & fitness level have greatly improved thx to all the daily activities
