Ok so the pizza online look amazing but after receiving my actual pizza I was severely disappointed. All the toppings fell off my slices as I tried to pick them up. The cheese was not very cooked it had whole chunks of uncooked tomatoes. The owner was very nice but that can’t make up for a bad product. The crust was soaking wet and flimsy. I was just very disappointed with this as the picture online had so much promise.

I found this place online and by the website I was in the area and decided to check it out.

Met Jill the owner she is very knowledgeable of what she sells and the process it takes to make a great product.

I’ve had pizza from many places and they all taste similar. Gio’s pizza just taste better and isn’t just thrown together like most places.

You really can’t go wrong with Family owned places because they take pride in their product.

If you are looking for something different from the corporatized pizza market come here.

I will be back everytime I am in or around Anthem. The pizza was amazing and just what I wanted. The staff was friendly and great to work with. Loved it. Dining area is small but that wasn't a problem for me. The Bianca is my go to because I LOVE ricotta cheese on a white pizza and this one hits the spot every time!

We'd never been here before and ordered for pick up. My husband went to pick up. He thought the place was dirty and for him to notice that is saying a lot😂.

The pizza was fine, I didn't get my soda with the meal combo. But based on cleanliness, I wouldn't come back.

I've never had so many toppings on a pizza! Ordered sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms and you can't even see the pizza underneath. Thought the price was a little steep til i got home and opened the box. Worth every dollar

My cousin & I's favorite spot to go for pizza, in Anthem. One of the best in Phoenix, all together. The owner is wonderful and makes a great pie. 😋

I was told Gio's had great thin crust pizza and a must try. Well how disappointing, I ordered a margherita pizza. It was awful and not sure how they think this is a margherita pizza. The mozzarella didn't even taste remotely fresh as evidenced by the pizza. It was doused in dried herbs and crispy brownish basil. Nothing like it's supposed to be with fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. Look at the picture below and google what a margherita pizza images. It tasted as bad as it looked. Dry dough that was over cooked.

The sauce on the spaghetti wasn't bad but it was ordered on line with linguine. Another fail.

The order was ready when scheduled.

In comparison to the other reviews I'm at a loss. Not sure if I caught on a bad evening or my history of being from NJ/NYC and living part of the year on Italy sets different standards of what good pizza is supposed to be like.

Most amazing pizza and service you will Get! I live in WA and whenever I go to AZ, I am sure to make at least two visits for this pizza. Plusbit is a family business the father and his sons are the nicest people ever . . . From NY!
