I normally have always booked trips myself.-- not anymore!!! Kathy Sauter was AMAZING at booking a dream cruise to Rome / Italy / Spain for me and my husband. I even had a last minute change and added in our college age boys and she was able to find an option that made it affordable to be able to bring them but also a more indulgent option for my husband and I. Everything-- and I mean everything-- is being taken care of which is such a nice feeling. I'll never not use a travel agent again! I'd highly recommend the personal attention of this agency-- esp. recommend Kathy!

I was looking to book our families first vacation during the Queens platinum jubilee in June, 2022. There was the two of us and our three daughters.I had heard good things about this agency. The agent I had was very friendly. However, our trip did not turn out good. Our ride from the airport was late and we had to call him ourself. We requested a queen bed for the two of us but wound up with a twin. We were told by our agent our river tour was cancelled, but the tour boats were on the water. Three of our other tours we had to re-book ourselves. I can only say be careful when you use this agency, you’ll have to look past the friendliness of the agent and look at the results.

Diane from Ambassador World Travel went above and beyond with our destination wedding travel planning! My now husband and I decided that we wanted to have a destination wedding in Mexico. We started this process on our own and did not go through Ambassador world travel right away. In hindsight we probably should have! Once everyone started booking their trips for the wedding we were given Diane's information from a friend. We referred everyone traveling for our trip to go through her and she truly took a lot of the booking stress off of us!

There were many people who were coming to our destination wedding who had never traveled outside of the country before. Diane was so patient with everyone. She answered everyone's questions and always made sure our guests felt comfortable.

There was even a time where my husband and I's flights were changed and she worked to help us fix the problem. We are definitely going to recommend her to anyone looking to travel and from now on my husband and I will use her for our future travels! We are truly grateful for Diane at Ambassador World Travel.

Anne with Ambassador World Travel was exceptional on planning a trip to Italy for me. On top of booking the hotels and air travel, she also reserved fantastic tours of each city making it really easy for us to see the sights. We did it - Booked a Trip to Mexico after Christmas 2020. It was fabulous. Time to travel again people. Anne did a great job choosing a resort, an Iberostar property that was clean, had excellent service and tasty food choices. Restaurants were open, rooms were clean, protocols were followed. The plane was probably more sanitized than anything prior to Covid. The kids enjoyed their first all inclusive. Don't live in fear - book your trip and live life.
