My absolute favorite sea food place!!! This food truck is simply AMAZING!!! Shrimp Tacos and Shrimp Ceviche tostada are among my favorite. The price is quite affordable and food is fresh, and simply delicious! Highly recommend 👍!!!

Very good fish tacos. The best in North County for sure. They are perfect with a little lime juice. But if you wanna kick it up a notch, add some of the chipotle sauce and onions. Wow... Also, they give you a cup of seafood soup while you wait. Which is cool added little bonus.

It's a food truck it is either a hit or miss, but this was definitely a hit expensive but a hit. The seafood cocktail is amazing the juice was savory, the tacos are fire the size were pretty big. It's a truck worth visiting better than most Mariscos restaurants in San Marcos.

$1.50 fish taco! And they gave me a warm cup of seafood soup for free. Both were very good! The taco has plenty of fish and more fish then the Rubio guy. I think it tasted even better, because I only paid $1.50 for it. That's how they get you there, but they have many items that are very good too like the shrimp cocktail with avocado. Its an excellent choice. If you aren't much a seafood person, you owe it to yourself to try this place you may likely be back to try more goodies!

Best fish tacos I’ve had outside of Mexico. Battered/fried to order.

Anytime I’m working in San Marcos, I make sure to stop by and grab a couple fish tacos. Today I ordered a shrimp and carne asada one as well. If you have never eaten at Mariscos Germàn, it is worth trying. Don’t be afraid to eat at this food truck, it’s really good💪

I asked a friend where to get GOOD tacos and she sent me to Germán’s. She want kidding, the best tacos ever!!!
