Gems catering did an amazing job on my wedding. Their presentation was amazing and the food was delicious. Emily is very detail oriented and was very knowledgeable about what appetizers could be picked. Her input was very helpful. She was very kind and patient throughout the whole process. We decided to not do a wedding cake and go with a dessert table instead and she did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this catering company! The quality is amazing.

I cannot say enough great things about Emily and Gems Catering!! I had the pleasure of working with Emily to create an exceptional menu for my wedding! Emily and I kept in touch throughout the whole process and she quickly became a friend. The grazing table was an HUGE hit and Emily’s attention to detail created such a beautiful display. Everyone was raving about the food and everything tasted amazing. Not only was Emily and her team so helpful with cleaning up but they were also so kind and courteous. Emily and Gem‘s catering did the most incredible grazing board for my daughter‘s graduation party. My husband‘s family is Egyptian and so I requested something with a Middle Eastern theme and she went beyond my expectations! The variety of the offerings, the presentation, the flavors… It was more than I could’ve asked for! Everyone was so impressed and it was the highlight of the party! Thank you, Emily!!!

We had Emily Cater a lunch for our sales team at Woodstream! Not only was the food amazing but the presentation was unlike any other caterers we have used in the past! Emily is so amazing! She was extremely communicative and worked so well with us! Over the top! Superb! Creative presentation, lovely and appetizing display, everything well marked with amazing food. I needed a lunch catered for 80 people. I wanted it to be COVID-friendly, with plenty of delicious sandwiches and salad options. All the sandwiches were wrapped only part of the way, and tied with string to keep the paper on, stacked with an inch of corned beef, roast beef or turkey with condiments and some with yummy additions like avocado! Vegetarian options were also scrumptious! The salad was served in individual cups with a fork. Even the cookies were well displayed with COVID-friendly wrapping. Plenty of drink options, as we discussed. Emily took care of every detail. She was easy to work with, and as kind of a person as you could ever want to work with, as a good business manager and as a caterer that really knows how to put on a spread. My guests were very happy with their lunch. It was a very important luncheon and Emily was trustworthy in every way with everything organized from the food to the billing.
