Booked a room for a King bed online got there and they gave me a Queen room get to the room and the bed was most definitely a full as that's what I have at my apartment. Which is all fine and good for 1 person. But my boyfriend was with me and he's a bigger guy so sleeping was no bueno as there wasn't enough room. The AC keeps the room cool but not cold not even at night when the sun goes down. There was no walk in shower like the site said and the pool is empty. They offer daily, weekly or monthly which I guess is a plus.

It's was a very pleasant stay and very quiet. The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. Then, when we got up next morning to shower and leave, we found out we had No hot water in the shower. Other than that, it was a great stay

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The room smelled awful, the walls and floors were filthy, the bathroom was gross. There was an obvious fire hazard with no working smoke alarm. The beds were dirty and the door wouldn't properly latch or secure. Housekeeping comes by and if no answer after one knock they let themselves in.

The manager” Connie Hudson has a horrible attitude, no customer service and she treats minorities like they are less than and so does the old guy that told me “if i didn’t like it than to leave” after asking for new towels and for the tool to be cleaned. The workers Are miserable and treat ppl like the Cockroaches, the same ones they have inside of their hotel rooms. When I first got the room they tried to upcharge me. And after 3 weeks they wanted to change the rates again. They would come in and clean the room everyday and leave new towels. That changed after the 3rd week. Now they only bring towels twice a week and they don’t clean the room at all. This is a hotel. I pay to sleep here and come back to a clean room after working 14 hrs shifts. The phone in the room doesn’t even work for the entire 2 months that I’ve been here and neither does the internet. I ask for help they said they can’t do anything. I will be contacting BBB and gateway inn headquarters. And filling a formal complaint with your board

$109 for an empty room with nothing but a bed, TV with a dresser, no fridge or microwave, shower sucks because the curtain isn't long enough. We don't even have a lamp. We WILL NOT be staying here ever again unless there are some improvements made. We have an ice bucket but the ice machine is broken. One more thing, how are we supposed to sleep under a really thin blanket that is supposed to be a comforter? Ridiculous!!
