Great bed-and-breakfast run by two great owners that are very helpful and friendly! A lot of history since the minors were required to room/board here - if you stay in downtown it will be much louder, and this place is further north and really quiet. Since these were the original dwellings by some families of minors before electricity they obviously had to update things, including our room with a drop ceiling since they couldn’t run electrical wires and plumbing without doing that. As he would expect it’s not high-end luxury, which was completely fine with us since we love the history. They also give you a couple amazing cookies upon check-in.

We had an amazing experience with Rick and Henry! Everywhere we go, we make friends, but this visit felt truly special. From the moment we arrived, Rick greeted us warmly with cookies and made us feel right at home. He showed us to our cozy room, which was perfect for the chilly weather. The thoughtful touches, like a makeup cloth and a selection of herbal teas, made our two-night stay extra comfortable.

The room was well-equipped with everything we needed: a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, pod coffee maker, extra pillows, warm blankets, and plush towels. It was clear they had thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable.

Henry kept us entertained with his humor and gave us a great tour of the grounds. The property itself was delightful, with beautifully lit walkways, fun games, and inviting sitting areas. We felt completely welcome and appreciated the warm hospitality.

Rick and Henry are polite, friendly, and so attentive—truly wonderful hosts. We’ll definitely be back!

My love and I really enjoyed a two night stay at the Mile High Ranch. Henry met us with some delicious fresh baked cookies upon our arrival. He was cordial and helpful during our entire stay.

The room and bed was comfortable. We stayed in unit 7. It had a small kitchenette which served us well. It had a full size fridge and stove. There is a microwave and k-cup coffee maker.

The bathroom was rather small so we had to maneuver a bit getting into and out of the shower. With that said, we wouldn't hesitate staying in that unit again.

We ordered breakfast one morning which Henry delivered promptly at the prearranged time. It was perfectly prepared and delicious.

The ranch is close to Bisbee and all that it has to offer. We even took a short trip into Naco Mexico.

My wife and I were seeking a comfortable and quiet retreat.

What a beautiful and pleasant stay we had at this mountainside retreat. Rick and Henry were so friendly and accommodating. As you will observe, they work tirelessly to maintain and enhance the beauty of this ranch facility.. There are beautiful gardens and fruit trees. They raise chickens with fresh eggs daily. We love the two huge cottonwood specimen tress as you enter into facility… Finally, a must have when you arrive and for that matter when you leave, is Henry’s homemade cookies..The cabin was decorative and clean !

I highly recommend staying here! Rick and Henry are so warm and welcoming! The room was immaculate! They thought of anything you might need. The made to order breakfast was so delicious and delivered at the exact time requested. The homemade bread was such a treat! The grounds are so nice . I will definitely be coming back.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. Love the history of the place, Henry & Rick were so accommodating yet discreet. Anything you need just ask.
We joined other friends there for the weekend so felt like a party. Lots of common room to spread out or congregate.
The grounds are thoughtfully put together for Serenity, exploration or rejuvenation.
Apartments have all the essentials in necessities, very comfortable, cozy and quiet. I can't believe how late we slept in.
We will definitely return.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Mile High Ranch.
We ended up there on a recommendation from the Bisbee Visitor Center. We had booked another hotel, online, sight unseen. We were surprised when we found that hotel that not only was parking nearby not available, but we would have had to climb a hill to reach the hotel after parking the car. My husband and I both have some physical limitations making that impossible.
The visitor Center was very helpful in locating an easily accessible place, recommending this wonderful place. The owners, Rick and Henry were able to take us in, give us a wonderful room, and even brought us each a fresh baked cookie. The property is known as a Bed and Breakfast, and the owners can prepare a breakfast from their menu for you. They are responsive to every need and don’t hesitate to come bring the guests what they need or help them solve a problem.
This property is essentially a working farm as well as serving as a bed and breakfast. They have veggies and herbs growing in a garden. And they have a whole flock of chickens, who give the eggs that the owners prepare for breakfast.
The ranch offers outdoor activity areas as well as a group campfire area. We didn’t spend time outside at the property except to visit the chickens.
The owners are familiar with the area and made some wonderful recommendations to us. They also seem to anticipate their guests’ every need, and do what they can to meet the needs. These two seem to genuinely enjoy what they do.
We will definitely return to this inn whenever we visit Bisbee again.

If you want to have a wonderful chat with Rick & Henry(owners), relax on your own private garden patio or play a part in a Halloween benefit show, this is the place! Quiet, soothing and just cool The Gardens should be your destination. We arrived to find out The Gardens was hosting a Halloween benefit show for the local HS band that early evening. We were even asked if we wanted to be a part of the show (not as entree’s). It’s been a hoot and the owners provide the highest levels of hospitality! The homemade cookies are to die for!!! (Yes, that’s a Halloween BOOOOO!)
