Just a 30 second phone call was all it took for me to realize I was not interested in using this business. I told the woman a few of the criteria I needed to meet and that I was new to using a travel agency and instead of coming across helpful, she came across condescending and told me she could not help me. Thanks anyway, I no longer want your help.
