Had a phenomenal time at the Fulton House! Stayed in the Blue Herron room, it was so charming and loved all the natural light from the windows. The balcony was such a treat and I slept like a baby. I was the only guest during my stay so I got to explore through the whole house, loved every room, especially the one with rooftop access (how fun!). Breakfast was delicious and so filling, and conversation was a delight (some very positive energy runs this place)! Would highly recommend!

We chose the Fulton House for our recent stay in Portland for its history and location. We knew the floors were likely to be creaky and the floor plan unique but the history is part of what drew us. The location was perfect for our needs. What we didn't know was how warm and welcoming Kevin (manager) and Georgia (owner) would be. Neighborhood was quiet, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, breakfasts were delicious, conversations at the table were sweet and often filled with laughter. We would happily stay here again!

My husband & I love Fulton House & we are return visitors. Georgia, the owner and Kevin, the house manager, are wonderful: warm, welcoming, caring, friendly, interesting and fun. They both take an interest in their guests and made us feel so welcome and appreciated. We have loved getting to know both of them.|The house itself is lovely: beautifully appointed, bright, clean, and with a homey feel...we stayed in the Garden Room on both our visits and found it comfortable, attractive & quiet with windows overlooking the expansive back garden. Breakfasts are delicious!|We have stayed in numerous BnBs around the country and in Scotland; Fulton House is our favorite!

We had such a great stay here! We stayed in the blue heron room which has a huge covered deck, we sat outside with our books and enjoyed the fall colors and rainfall. The room itself was clean and decorated adorably. We loved all of the extra decorations and touches for the Halloween season. Our conversations over breakfast with Georgia and Kevin were so lovely. There is a grocery store within walking distance and downtown Portland is a quick drive away. I felt so at home, I left my book in the drawer and Georgia promptly mailed it back to me. We will absolutely stay again and recommend all our friends to do the same. Thank you Kevin and Georgia!!

Could not ask for a better stay!! We came as a group of 4 sisters, celebrating a milestone birthday. Everything was top notch and the warm hospitality made our stay extra special! |The house is beautiful with many historic and personal touches. The beds, luxury linens and comfortable furnishings make you feel pampered. The house is located near many restaurants and a beautiful park near the river. All within walking distance.|Kevin and Georgia served an incredibly delicious breakfast each day and were careful of food sensitivities. What more can you ask?|Thank you so much for exactly the trip we were hoping for!!!

We had two night stay and had a wonderful time. Our room was nicely appointed and the bathroom was clean and very large. The bed was comfortable. The house is huge and we had access to the roof which was a delight on sunny October afternoon. The breakfast on both mornings was yummy and fillling. Our hosts were great and accommodating. The location was convenient. The Fulton House is highly recommended.

I love this B&B! It isn't an Airbnb - it is an old-fashioned Bed and Breakfast, with an Innkeeper who makes breakfast every day and takes care of your every need. (Highly recommend Kevin's quiche). Different rooms are different sizes, but I love the Inn Keeper's suite; it takes up the entire top floor and is essentially a one-bedroom apartment with a roof deck. It has a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and corner desk for working. Every detail was attended to in the common area downstairs and it is lovely and relaxing. Staying there feels like staying with a friend.

My husband and I were greeted by our host Georgia who made us feel welcomed from the very start. The Fulton House has some great history!|The Blue Heron room was clean and comfortable. Portland was experiencing very warm weather, so we were happy to have a balcony to enjoy. We also went up to the widow's walk one evening to see Mt. Hood and the moonrise. |A highlight for us was being able to enjoy a relaxing, delicious breakfast in their beautiful garden each morning.
