My wife and I had two lovely smoothies at Full Spoon Grab&Go this week. I had the Berry Boi and my wife had the Wake Me Up. Both were excellent, but I preferred the rich flavors in my wife’s Wake Me Up. There’s a nice little cafe table and chairs out front, as well as inviting spaces inside. Menu changes often, so come prepared to find a new favorite whenever you stop. We’ll be back!

Lots of great grab & go options, strongly recommend the kickin’ Chiken wrap SO GOOD!! A great selection of real fruit smoothies made to order and many fun farmers market finds on the shelves. Such a sweet spot right across from the lake!

Full Spoon Grab & Go is amazing! They provide wellness workshops a few times a month for FREE! They provide speakers and an amazing atmosphere. They also keep the registers open the entire time, so you are able to purchase food and drinks while you learn about different healthy options for a healthy lifestyle. They also have such amazing food and drink options that give a variety of choices of healthy options! Cannot wait to go back for more in the future 🙂

Amazing all around!
Guilt-free food options are all delicious and healthy -- my favorite is the Greek bowl. I grab lunch here occasionally which is a great, fast, convenient alternative to typical options like fast food (especially when on the go). I love that I don't have to wait in line on my lunch break and that the ingredients are fresh and natural...it's not often you know what is in your food. My interactions with the owner are always enjoyable -- a major plus!

I got a chicken bacon ranch gluten free pizza which I was so excited to try and got a regular cheese pizza. The cheese pizza got thrown away immediately from tasting stale and after eating the CBR me and my girlfriend immediately got sick and stomach pains and the next day as well. I paid a lot of money for these items and was very generous with a tip. I think it’s okay to make mistakes and things happen but I tried reaching out to the owner and she basically said how they were made and how she was fine from eating it, reallly didn’t make things right. Disappointed with the service and food! I was super excited to support a small local business.

Finally!!! A downtown option that is not only fast, but FRESH! Great open air atmosphere with fantastic staff and tons of freshly prepared options. The Kickin’ Chicken wrap is the best chicken salad I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to get back and try the other offerings. Bravo Full Spoon!

Full Spoon is the cutest new gem in Oconomowoc! It’s so nice to finally have a place for some healthy grab and go foods that taste AMAZING! The salmon poke salad, the apricot/cranberry Brie sandwich, and the wake me up smoothie are my go to’s! The owner is so sweet and you can tell she’s poured her heart into this business!!!

We stopped into this adorable place yesterday and I’m compelled to review because I think there’s a ton of potential for this little shop and want to give some feedback. First - I love the concept and vibe of this place, and the woman working there was so incredibly welcoming and lovely. Honestly, her warmth is the reason we stayed despite noticing it was an “off day” for food. When I asked a question for the chef, she mentioned that he didn’t come in that day because it was so slow (totally fair, because it was a cold, windy day mid-week), but suggestion #1 is that if anything in the grab-and-go is even a day old, the prices should be reduced. A sandwich on soggy bread and a quinoa bowl that feel very much like what I would find as “leftovers” in my fridge at home should not cost $30. Second, please ditch the plastic. I cringed to think that these foods were sitting there leaching bpa from the plastic containers. Plus, Mother Earth just doesn’t need any more single-use plastic. This great place, with their local farmers-market mission, would do much better with compostable packaging. Finally, there’s a musty smell that hits you when you walk in the door. If I were the owner, I’d like to know this, because it’s easy to get used to a smell. I’m someone who is sensitive to environmental toxins and musty, mildewy smells set off my “mold” alarm. If the building had some flooding in the past, this is worth investigating. I got a similar smell in the gift shop a couple doors down, so this may be a building issue. Again, though, I would have turned on my heel at that point, but the atmosphere and the woman working there was incredibly kind and inviting. Also, bonus points for using healthy avocado oil on your grill and the Himalayan sea salt. Just a couple of tweaks and this place will be rocking it out of the park! As it is, we plan to return in the summer!
