Would not let me on Internet once again it's all that works at my country address, now I start college Monday November 25th, 2024 with zero Wi-Fi & now have to travel 15 min which is thirteen miles to town everyday which will be super pricey to retrieve Internet services, that's a darn shame....

I called to get my phone repaired. While talking to a rep they asked if I wanted whole home wifi. I said I did not want it, had no need for it. The next thing I know I get a message stating I had been signed up for it. I called back and told them I DID NOT want it! They said they would delete it. Then later I get a message telling me the equipment was on its way! I called again telling them several times I DO NOT WANT IT!! Then I get a message stating they have added this service to my bill. I call again! I do not want this! I got the equipment in the mail. I call again. Now I am told I have to call back on the 22nd to be able to have this resolved. I call again on the 22nd. Now I have to wait for them to send me a box for the box of equipment to be able to send it back. I also have to call them AGAIN and give them the tracking number once I drop it off at UPS. Once it is mailed I need to call the following month and call them yet again to have to have the charges taken off of my bill. I should not have to work so hard to remove their screw up!

Frontier is absolute garbage. The communication within the company is total trash. The representatives themselves seem like they need re-trained. We have had more days without service than with it. I try to watch a TV show and I get to watch 2 or 3 minutes and then I gotta wait for the service to reconnect and that takes at least 5 minutes. Then 2 of 3 minutes of my show and then the internet goes out again. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

Absolutely the worst service ever. We have very slow speeds, not at all the speed that was promised. Our internet went out on 08/24/2022 and the closest appointment date I could get is 08/29/2022. We have 2 children who attend online homeschooling and they can not do their work due to the fact the service sucks. I told Frontier several times now that we needed it fixed for them to do school work. Everything constantly buffers when loading and half the time the internet randomly goes off and comes back on. The routers are complete junk the signal does not even reach clear through our house. The service definitely needs an upgrade. BUYER BEWARE.... GO WITH ANOTHER INTERNET PROVIDER IF YOU CAN.

Go with citynet, they can actually guarantee performance and give you decent equipment. Plus if you cancel they won't steal your money "by consent" and as a restocking fee to take their equipment back.

Terrible service, terrible costumer relations, and in general just a terrible company. I’m the past two weeks alone my internet has gone out AT LEAST 5 times a day with nothing really using it except for a Roku playing Netflix or a phone watching YouTube. It’d be nice to be able to call customer service, but all you get is the runaround of “turn it off and back on again” but won’t help you any further. Get it together people, we pay for a service we aren’t even getting for half of the day.

We had Suddenlink Internet (Optima) now..it was trash,switched to frontier and boy was that a mistake,frontier Internet is nothing but a joke,it’s only goes out about 15 times a day and the 6G is slow as h@ll

Unfortunately our area does not have any alternative for a land line or internet, so we are stuck with frontier. We have had 4 routers in 3 years, when the router is not dysfunctional, the internet download speed is not close to what the company says we should be getting. The help desk is useless and rude. Some of the folks have interrupted us while we were describing our issue, and we have been purposely disconnected when we ask to speak to someone else for actual help. If college was not online, I would disconnect everything we have from Frontier.
