If I could give this agency a 0 stars I would. I had a terrible experience with FriendzTravel and would strongly advise against using their services. From the moment I booked my trip, communication was non-existent. I repeatedly tried to reach out via email and phone, but my messages were ignored or left unanswered for days. When I did manage to get through, the responses were vague and unhelpful. They also told me the flight I booked 2 days before was now sold out and I would need to pay a fee to book the same flight.

It’s incredibly frustrating when a company is not only unresponsive but also fails to take responsibility for their mistakes. If you're looking for reliable and responsive customer service, look elsewhere—this agency clearly doesn’t prioritize its customers. It is a complete Scam

If I could give this a 0 star I would. Do not I repeat do not purchase a ticket from them. My mother and I went out of town for the holidays to Phoenix. They told us we will get our ticket 24hours before the flight. We got it after the 24 hours, then we scanned our tickets it was fraud. We had to stay the night in the airport & didn’t get an actual ticket until the morning. This happened again on our way back. We waiting longer than 24 hours just to receive fraud tickets, then 4 hours before our flight took off they sent us real tickets. Also, when we got on the phone concerning our tickets they basically gave us the runaround. If you want to use a third party use legit websites not this scamming place.

This is Mafia group , I bought tickets with ID No:FR190875 and dint issue any tickets till flight time are close . Calling them customer service and getting lies with empty promises. Once made the payment then that start Drama to issues the ticket. Please be careful from them ….

They are scammers. I booked ticket for 5 passenger including infant for total of 516.08 dollar online. After 10 min they called me and told me they only got 2 tickets with 516.08. They told me that I hv to pay for rest three passengers. They even told me ticket is confirmed from delta airlines. I asked them to not to process if they can’t issue me 5 tickets for 516.08. They told me delta already charged my card and they can’t cancel or refund. They then told me they can get me tickets on other airlines. I called them scam and had long arguments. I reached out to delta to confirm the booking but delta told me there is no confirmation. Delta also told me they won’t charge my card. It’s the agent they charge card. I again reached out to agent and again they tried to give me different flight. I than asked what will happen to ticket that is confirmed for delta. They told it will be cancelled and delta will pay southwest for new booking. This company is scam and should be reported.
FYI: they called me in 10 minutes after I purchase ticket online. I asked them to not process they said they can’t do that. They won’t refund my 516.08 dollar. Per federal law, if you cancel your ticket in 24 hours airlines company has to refund. They are bunch of scammer and should be punished by U.S. government.

Had one of the worst experiences dealing with this company. I booked a flight based off of what I needed and they put me on a completely different flight. Then once I spoke with them they tried to manipulate me into thinking I booked the flight that they put me on. I specifically booked a flight with a lay over because I had business to take care of, then they tell me that the flight they put me on has a shorter layover? That’s not what I booked for. I’m still trying to get my reservation updated. After this I’ll never book with this company AGAIN!!!!

I made a booking yesterday for a flight today, Christmas eve. I recieved my booking number and all the info I needed. Called them last night to confirm (they finally answered after the 6th try, it kept hanging up on me) and they told me everything was fine and I would receive my ETicket at 6am. The person I bought the ticket for went to check in with the flight and they said there was no record of them being on that flight. I called the company back and they said the seat was given to someone else then offered me a later flight for 3 times as much I paid for the first flight. Which I could no do. No resolution, they were rude. People just don't care what they do to other people's lives. I don't recommend this company, they offer cheaper prices but don't follow through. Be careful.

DO NOT USE this company!!!! They just scam you out of your money and won't refund you but make you pay even more to get your ticket. My 200 dollar ticket turned into a 500 dollar ticket. They deserve NEGATIVE 5 stars and to be shut down.

Absolute Scam. Do not purchase from these crooks. Nearly missed my business trip. They charged my credit card and never issued My tickets. Had to make a dispute directly thru credit company. Awful scam please do not fall for this lie.
