We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast over the long weekend! The hosts were super attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the food was thoughtfully prepared each day.

One thing that really stood out was when I asked for green tea, by the next day, they had not one but two types of green tea to choose from. Shows how much they care about their guests!

If you’re looking for a comfy place with great hospitality, I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Best bed and breakfast in the cutest town! The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. We asked for recommendations and they provided a variety of options for cuisine and fun outings. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The downstairs living space was a great place to visit before going to bed. The grounds were well maintained and it was beautiful to walk the property. It was nice to sit out on the deck for breakfast and enjoy some freshly brewed coffee. Every breakfast was delicious and each morning something new was prepared. Can’t wait to visit again!

Adorable and cozy bed and breakfast! Absolutely incredible staff, super friendly and welcoming to us as we arrived. Delicious breakfast in the morning with as much coffee and tea as any heart could ever want. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in an incredible city with lots to do. So much within walking distance too! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be planning our next trip back soon!

Great location. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Don't see staff much, but in a good way, you can really unplug and enjoy your stay; I'm sure they'd come in a heartbeat to fix any issue. Breakfast is absolutely phenomenal. Really enjoyed staying here. Showers are a bit contortionist. Kind of adds to the charm.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in downtown Harrisonburg! The location was perfect—walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, and the homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure each detail was perfect. If you're passing through VA, or just looking for a cute and fun Bed & Breakfast, you should stay at the Friendly Inn Bed & Breakfast! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the cozy, clean, room to the absolutely delicious breakfasts! The staff go above and beyond and made our stay so pleasant. We look forward to returning this summer to stay here again!

My husband and I stayed in October for one night. We wished we had booked more as not only was the inn amazing, but the local offerings all seemed great.
Kyle was very welcoming and showed us right to our room. We had added the wine and cheese package, and the platter was loaded. We were glad for the mini fridge in the room, as we couldn't finish it. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. The pumpkin cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing was gigantic. The eggs were tasty. And the fruit was refreshing.
We've stayed in several B&Bs in the past, and this one was one of our favorites. We plan to go back for longer!

Only 5 Star because there wasn't a 6th. Traveling South with my sister to family in N.C. The Inn is right off Rt. 81. Perfect in every respect, staff, rooms and breakfasts. Becca, Kyle and Tara are genuinely happy to make your stay an enjoyable experience. Traveling 'B&B's for over 30 years, The Inn is truly Top Shelf.
We returned for second stay while traveling north a few days later. Will definitely make it back in the future, Thanks, You're The Best!
