3/25/2025: The two of us stopped in for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The decor is very warm and welcoming, high ceilings and art of Frida Kahlo. Service very friendly and attentive. We ordered margarita, sangria, guacamole, steak fajitas, and chiles mathias goeritz. Everything was delicious. The menu has gourmet and traditional items you'd find at other Mexican restaurants. I loved seeing gourmet dishes not normally found and was happy to try something I don't normally see.

Lovely space! Great vibe. The food was good but there are a couple of misses on the menu. First, the beans have great flavor but they're waaaay too liquid IMO. I love whole beans so this was a bummer. The combo appetizer platter was a bit odd. Very sparsely portioned in an attempt to look fancy with four small slices of baguette at each corner, but other than those things, we had a great meal and drinks. The chips and salsa are yummy, and our entrees were lovely. The desserts were especially tasty! Give them a try. Totally worth it.

The food was fantastic and the service was great; the gentleman who served us was wonderful. Atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The quality of the food is excellent and the price reflects that a little bit, but it's always so worth it.

The mango mousse is SO GOOD. I had half a mind to just buy several of them and take them home. The pistachio dessert is also one of a kind! Mouth watering food and exceptional service. The server was so kind. And helpful when choosing food as they had so many options!

Other things about it: A decent amount of seating not too much, really cool atmosphere with the frida theme. Definitely NOT budget friendly. Lots of street parking.

Cute but aged Mexican restaurant. Love the Frida artwork and touch of fresh flowers but menu prices outside don’t reflect the newly updated prices. Plan for a 20-30% increase in prices on their actual menu once you’re seated.

Food was decent and service was really fast. Would recommend looking at other restaurants before coming here.

Helpful staff, good quality food and great ambiance; what else is needed? It was a rainy day and the restaurant was relatively quiet. The server offered us yummy cabbage soup and chips/salsa, while we waited for our food.

Antonio and his staff are so great and the food is so yummy. They are also dog friendly on the outside tables for well behaved fur family. Try their margaritas, so good!

Not a single complaint. The food was excellent, like seriously good. Big portions, even on the “fancier” dishes, complex and nuanced flavors, their salsas and hot sauces are great too. Our server (wish i got her name, lunch on 1/15) was awesome. Attentive, friendly, and generous. Food came in a timely manner AND they gave us complementary sopas while we waited. Will absolutely be back to try more menu items since they have so many interesting options in addition to the classics. Prices are comparable to basic family mexican spots too so definitely worth a try. Got complementary birthday churros too, just wins all around! Thanks Frida’s!
