Chef Tracy at Fresh Today Catering & Bakery did an amazing job delivering a picnic dinner for 8 people. I wasn't sure I would find someone willing to do such a small party. This was a surprise birthday gathering and it took the stress off of me trying to coordinate food and the surprise.
The food was excellent! And the birthday guy was completely surprised. We will definitely be using them again.

I wholeheartedly recommend Fresh Today Catering for any event. Tracy and Karen catered my son and daughter-in-law's wedding reception at our house, and everything was outstanding!

Tracy and Karen excel at their crafts, so the food was delicious and the baked goods, be it breads or desserts, were also wonderful. The portions were very generous, and no guests left wanting for anything.

In addition to the extraordinary quality of the food I want everyone to know how conscientious and easy to work with Tracy and Karen are. They came to our home and served us a sample dinner that included a wine tasting and desserts before we finalized our menu decisions. Everything that they committed to was done in both a timely and excellent manner.

Tracy goes the extra mile for their clients. Specifically, I purchased a party tent, and Tracy came to our home two days before the event to set it up. I did not inspect it thoroughly enough, and parts were missing. Tracy provided us with the tents we needed to make the outdoor reception successful. Again, Tracy really went the extra mile for us.

The price was more than fair for the service and quality that Tracy and Karen provided throughout our experience of working with them. Our guests all were very complimentary about the food.

Tracy and Karen are exemplary chefs, bakers and caterers and I will be seeking out Fresh Today for any catering needs I ever have in the future.

This is the best catering company in and around Spokane! We called
4 days before our event and they were so accommodating and helpful. The entrees, we chose an Italian spread, were put together with the greatest care and were some of the best we have ever had. The dessert, a beautiful 3 layered chocolate cake, was so delicious!! I found out about Fresh Today Catering from a brunch I attended. It was so good that I had to try them myself. No regrets!!

Our company has used Fresh Today Catering twice now and have been very impressed both times. Dietary needs/specifics are not an issue, quality of food and menu offerings/suggestions are amazing, and the price always beats other catering places. On both occasions the chef brought to-go boxes to send our employees home with food rather than tossing leftovers, as the chef said, our company paid for the food, why waste it? Great price, great food, great service.

I am so disappointed in a cake that cost $80.00 that wasn’t even frosted and crumbled when we cut into it. So embarrassing for our guests and my daughter on her 30th birthday.
