Kind staff! Beautiful inside! Amazing juice! I happen to be driving by and decided to stop in and grab a fresh juice. They were so kind and the juice was amazing. Highly suggest if you are looking for something healthy to boost your energy. Also they have great parking for easy access.

Very thankful a place with a lot of gluten free options exists here! I travel for work and always grateful to find places with clearly marked GF options on the menu. The man that helped me was so kind and offered the lunch menu at 830 am if I didn’t like anything on the breakfast menu. Vibe is great 🙂 two cute couch/chairs in the back if you wanted to come read or do work. I’ll be back next time I’m in town for work.

This was my first time in. It's was so clean and smelled clean! They were so patient and attentive. I had to drive 20 minutes before I could eat it. I forgot to check the order before leaving, and everything was there when I did check. It was still warm too. It was so delicious. The shrimp was totally cleaned which is not very common around here. The flavor and balance of ingredient portions. I'm not impressed in the tri cities very often. I Will be back to try other items. It was pricey but I found it to be worth it!

The quality of the food was great. Everything tasted fresh and the flavors went well together. However, the Vegan Panini was supposed to be on Naan bread and was served on regular bread. The panini was also supposed to have avocado on it which it did not from my photo, so that was disappointing. The couscous salad was excellent. But due to the downfalls of the panini, this meal set was not worth the price of $15.99. I could have made the panini at home with fresh ingredients and homemade hummus for less than $5.

The mango chia pudding was great, very refreshing. I wish it tasted creamier though, maybe use coconut cream in the base next time. Although this item was also expensive ($7.95), the portion was good so I felt it was worth the price.

Service was good. Food came out quickly. Be advised, they do charge $0.25 for to-go orders. Would've been nice to know that when I ordered as it was my first time in.

All in all, the food tasted good and it was clear that everything was homemade and fresh, but I likely will not get the panini again. I might come back and try a different dish that comes in a larger portion.

I used to really like this place. They are expensive but I could get a couple meals out of their salads. The last few salads I've had have either been missing ingredients completely or were so skimpy as to be basically $20 lettuce. It's disappointing and a rip off. When I tried to talk to management about it, they blew me off. So I'm done with Fresh Leaf.

Overly expensive, incomplete food with bad service? Why bother. The care they put into their food correlates directly with the care they put into their customer service.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff but ordered a bowl of their vegetable soup for almost $10 and no joke it probably included half a zucchini, some corn and a few chunks of Russet potatoes. I am certain my kids could make a better soup. Fresh Leaf please take more care and effort in the food you prepare and serve otherwise you will not have patrons for long.

One of the few restaurants in the Tri-Cities are that caters to those with dietary restrictions. The leafy greens in the beet salad wasn’t as fresh as I had hoped but the dressing hit the spot on. Overall, definitely worth checking out for those with dietary restrictions. There’s a decent amount of vegan and gluten free options as well.

Very nice service and healthy menu to choose from. The only thing I tried was their green energy juice which was good to me. Little pulp in it. My husband doesn’t really like “healthy” tasting stuff (more of a steak and fries kinda guy) and he loved his smoothie and even said he wouldn’t mind coming back!
