It’s in a beautiful setting. Stunning Sonoran desert views. The pool is heated but still a bit chilly midwinter. The service is good but not great. For instance we had our room cleaned and the tub was left with soap suds after our kids bubble bath. The table was never cleaned that we ate on. And the rooms need an upgrade (cracks in the tiles where plumbing fixtures improperly installed).

It’s remote but we door dashed a lot of meals because for the price the food was not to the same quality. It’s worth the trip but I think they need to bring the price down a bit as it’s just not that white glove feel to it and service that Four Seasons is known for.

Spectacular views!! And kid friendly, with great cribs provided. Although they neglected to mention on check in that there is a kids center. They asked if we enjoyed it on the way out.

Location is a bit remote but in some ways it is great. Service is not nearly what you would expect for a four seasons. In the last twelve months, we have been to Napa and the Seychelles and this is miles behind. As for the rooms, I would expect more. This feels like a luxurious Motel 6. Same noisy fridge and AC. Bedding and fireplace save the day.

The grounds are gorgeous. The view from the bar at sunset is amazing but……. You should try harder. Because you are not anywhere close to where I expect the brand to be.

I had a business associate book rooms for me and some of my guys for a trip. They were to pay for the rooms. When I showed up they asked for my credit card for incidentals. Understandable, gave them my card without a thought. Well, they decided to charge it all to my card and not the original card. I have called twice now and can’t get anywhere. Been waiting a week and half for a manager to call me. Also, stay away from the apple cider unless you wanna be in the bathroom for a day.

Second time at this amazing hotel and they hit on all cylinders. Rooms are spread out from the main portion of the hotel, but I loved the little walk and the amazing scenery. ||Our room was impeccably furnished, well cared for, very clean and comfortable. Twice a day housekeeping service was a great added touch. ||Was there for a three day conference and the event staff could not have done a better job. Seeing many of the same faces at dinner that you saw you at breakfast was a testament as to how long their days were and the effort they put in, but they were always smiling and super friendly and professional. ||Front of the house team specifically at the front door were always engaging and offering assistance. ||An absolute home run from staff, to guest rooms to overall meeting and event experience. One of the better hotels you could have the privilege of staying at.

Exceptional service. Lovely resort. Breathe taking scenery. The three days I spent here were calming and restorative. ||But the best part was the 24-hour pool and jacuzzi. Very much enjoyed being able to enjoy a dip after hours. The pool is supposedly heated, but was a little chilly at night. The hot tub was steaming!

Exceptional property in a wonderful location. The resort is very peaceful and has the feel of an oasis in the desert. For a larger resort it has a very quiet and intimate feel. Incredible views, access to great hikes, and excellent food made this FS a perfect getaway. ||The food on site was great - definitely reccomend the s’mores shaped cactus desert at Proof!

This place is everything you imagine when you think of a luxury hotel. Incredible staff, service and amenities. The casitas are tastefully done and mesh into the landscape of the mountains perfectly. The surrounding area is also incredible if you like to hike! I will go here every chance I get!

Excellent family friendly hotel. The property blends in beautifully in the desert surroundings and the views were spectacular from our room. We travelled for the first time with our 5 month old baby and the team at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience.
