We stayed 3 nights with our family of 4 in a premium one bedroom. The room had clearly been updated and had 2 pull out sofa beds and a king size bed. It also had 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Our room was located in the Summits area and had its own pool and fitness room in this area, although the main area of the resort was a short walk. The facilities and service were definitely 4 Seasons level, so not sure how to evaluate any of the negative reviews. I would highly recommend for families or groups. The location is close to the lagoon, which is great for runners who are looking to get some trail miles in.

We love coming here! One of our favorite places to stay. The food, and the service is incredible. We love the pools and workout rooms too. We’ve come spring break and several times during Christmas break- it has never felt crowded. Which is one of our favorites about this place. A true getaway. We will keep coming back. Don’t love all four season but this one is awesome.

The rooms, the views, the service, the food...all fantastic. The only downsides are the rather hilly location makes it tough to walk around and the parking is limited on the hillside locations. They'll come pick you up anytime/anywhere, but sometimes you just want to walk around, and it's a little challenging here.

This is my 8th Four Seasons stay this year. Mostly international and this one doesn’t seem like a Four Seasons whatsoever. This is a Marriott or Hyatt. Dated. Too spread out. Cheap furnishings for sure! My room is $1200 a night for a one bedroom villa and this is easily a $400 a room. This location REALLY tarnishes the Four Seasons flag! Let Marriott take this over please!

Let me just say we are a huge fan of Four seasons. We have been owners at Aviara since the beginning 26 years ago as well as at Scottsdale. When we were here last year during the holiday period, our room was wornout to the point of resembling an old Days Inn, not a Four Seasons. We were told that rooms are going to be renovated in 2024. So it is not surprising that we were disappointed when we checked in this time, that the rooms were not renovated. To be fair, a big swath of the Summits was closed undergoing said renovation.

The service is horrible. And that is putting it politely. Upon finding out our room not being renovated, I went to the front desk wanting to change. Long story short, I was upset and asked to speak with the manager. The dude in front of me at the counter says he is the manager on duty. When I told him I don't want to stay in that room, he asks me "then you'd like to check out?". We plan these trips with the family 13 months in advance. I wasn't sure how to respond without being arrested and a helpful lady who was listening our conversation jumped in and explained the renovation situation. Under the circumstances, we had gotten a pretty good room. Had the ignorant manager taken the time to explain properly.
In our room, the shower head was not a Four Seasons shower head but one bought cheap from Walmart. When I mentioned this the staff told me until renovation this is the shower head we have. But soon later they came and changed it.
Housekeeping is absolutely horrendous. They do a halfass job. They don't replace finished tissue and leave it as is, they can't make the bed properly and can't even place the living room coffee table back in it's place after folding the sofa bed. Oh, and let's not even mention the walmart weight scale at the gym.
This is no longer a Four Seasons folks. Just be aware.

After a year of challenging stays with my 3-year old, this Four Seasons has shown me how fun travel can be again. Service was INCREDIBLE and attentive, room was spacious and nice (not updated up to the minute), and a ton of special touches made it a really wonderful trip.
