Stayed there for two nights, rooms were good but toilet seat was too low and shower pressure sucked. Reason for staying there was trying Kanishka restaurant which was 4.3 out of 5.0 I guess the restaurant runs some kind of Indian food buffet during the weekend hence attracting highly anti-deodorant H1-B’s. There was a large crowd of H1-B’s lounging in the hotel lobby after a heavy buffet. They were not the hotel guests, just availing the free facilities meant for the hotel guests. Overall it was a 4.0 out of 5.0 experience.

On the outside the hotel looks nice, but the level of service is sad. Front desk employee sends you to the elevator on the opposite side of the building from your room instead of sending you to one closer to your room. Upon ending your stay they don't send you a folio to your email and you have to call and ask them. Rooms have loose knows and heater doesn't work in some rooms. If you can find someplace else to stay, please do.
The only thing going for it is the legit Indian restaurant in the lobby. Great food!

Here for a work conference. The staff was so incredibly friendly. From the front desk to the shuttle driver. We were picked up at the airport super quickly. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff answered all questions I had. Bonus if you eat at the Olympus Grill located off the lobby. Some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean and wonderful experience.

I can give 2 stars only because the bed was somewhat comfortable and the reception staff was somewhat friendly, not enough but it was. It is horrible to hear the cleaning staff at early hours yelling and talking loudly in the hallways. The staff that serves breakfast is disastrous. Do not pay extra for this. They did not even take my order. I had to go look for someone to take it. The restaurant was almost empty and 45 minutes passed and my breakfast did not arrive. I would not really go back to this place. It also smells like food seasoning from the moment you enter to the rooms. There is no place that does not smell like this, so if you reject strong smells, this will not be your place either. The ventilation system in the room is noisy all night.

We had a very nice stay in a comfortable room at this Sheraton. It's much further from the airport than I had imagined, so it took us quite a while to get there after waiting for their shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The staff there was great though. Very helpful, especially when I found I had left a couple of items there in the safe. I called and right away they told me that they had found the items and would save them for me. When we got home, I called and Arnulfo (I think his name was) set it all up for me and sent them right away. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel too, and it was good. The only downside with the experience was that it was further away than expected from both the airport and the cruise terminal where we had to go the next day. I'm grateful to the staff, in any case, because they were so accommodating.

Very clean quiet hotel. Perfect for a relaxing night after traveling all day. Check in was quick and smooth. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant one night. The ambiance was nice and relaxing. Food was great and came out quickly. Although there was only a few of us. If we ever come back to Seattle we will be staying here again.

It's very quiet here. Not congested at all. Rooms are immaculate and clean. I had no problems here. There's a mini store with your essential needs. Overall I give it a 5 star.

The shuttle service is a JOKE!! I had to call 3 times and wait 45 minutes for a pick up. Each time I called the front desk would say “the shuttle is almost there”…

Then the next day I was scheduled to be on the 7:30 shuttle leaving the for airport left. I was down in the lobby at 7:23, and the 7:30 shuttle had already left. 😡

Staff is friendly though… 🤷‍♂️
