This has been my second stay and I’m so glad I found it. Every employee I have encountered has been exceptional and so friendly. The rooms are clean and the grounds are well kept. I had dinner and a drink at the bar this trip and Jose, the bartender is AMAZING. His margaritas are delicious and compliment the food well. I’ll be traveling to the area every week for a few months and I already feel like I’ve going my home away from home.

I stayed a few times at this hotel well located just outside of the 101 freeway but away from the noise on top of the hill. Beautiful lobby with a fireplace and a restaurant inside the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable bed , tea and coffee available in the room. But most of all , Jackie who checked me in was very nice and helped me figure out an issue I had (with a smile). She was very Professional and pleasant. So thanks again Jackie.

It was a quiet, safe location. It has a private parking lot and is in a nice safe area. There was some road noise from 101 but otherwise the rooms were well insulated and we couldn't hear our neighbors. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. There was coffee in the lobby for the morning.

I stayed in this hotel often. Usually one week a month. This used to be my favorite hotel in the area. Not anymore. I think the hotel seriously needs to renovation. The bathroom shower doesn’t work properly. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow. The beds are not very good. There are stains everywhere. They just took the coffee machine out, which was nice to have in the early morning. But worst is the pool. It used to be the highlight of the hotel. Right now when you walk along the side of the pool, part of the paint is falling off and sticking to your feet. There’s paint in the pool. The whole thing is deteriorating. It’s just a sad state of the hotel and I don’t think anybody cares. The hotel had a very nice general manager before I don’t know who is running the show now but it’s certainly not somebody who knows anything about quality of a hotel. I also think the paint that you find everywhere including the pool is a hazard for people. I would like to talk to somebody but there’s really nobody to talk to. This hotel needs a renovation otherwise I strongly recommend to go somewhere else.

This gem of a Four Points by Sheraton is the perfect place for creating super special memories that last a lifetime. A must see sunset experience that even exceeded past beautiful sunsets we've encountered around the world. The guest relations and receptionist Paula has us looking forward to our next time in the area because she made us feel so incredibly comfortable, welcomed and at home. Clean rooms, and superior conveniences for the children. Catching up on a little TV fun ( which has Max included, so my children and I watched all of their favorite Studio Ghibli movies and even the new Beetlejuice Beetlejuice movie 🍿 and enjoyed so many precious moments together ), or a heated pool and cozy jacuzzi hot tub experience with a beautiful sunset view, this place has wonderful amenities. The food at the restaurant was mouthwatering and incredibly delicious ( the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast and wonderful dinner really made the experience so immaculate ) besides a few local places recommended by Paula herself, we didn’t even need to leave the hotel property to indulge ourselves as we are true “foodies“ at heart and stomach. So many tasty selections and offerings were right there on the property ( plus you can take your meals to go so you can enjoy the feast and catch up on some quality television together with the family ). We even were given freshly baked cookies for staying there. Parking is widely available and this is such a perfect location to get straight into your own journey to share bucket-list caliber lifelong memories and special quality time. Nearby everything and good transit options if you don’t drive. Thank you Paula and the staff for always providing a great experience and First Class customer service !|5 Stars all around ! What a lovely experience at this hotel from the very moment we entered. The young man Christian was a great host and shared various places for us to visit while in California. The room is spacious, clean and absolutely love the bed and pillows. We decided to eat at the hotel and even though the prices are a bit high the service was friendly, spoke Spanish which was a plus and the food was out quickly. We ordered the classic burger with fries at
$17, Shrimp Pasta at $27, two craft beers at $6 dollars each and a glass of wine at $10. I believe it was a fair pricing for the convenience of not having to leave the hotel.

I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. 👍

This is the worst 4 Points I've ever stayed at. Entering the lobby to a line of 5 people to check in it smelled strongly of weed. Got to my floor (not the one requested) and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Room was straight out of the early 1990s. Furniture was beat to hell, smelled musty and my "upgraded" room was so small it was hard to move around, especially in the bathroom. The ancient AC unit was so loud it made sleeping nearly impossible. I do 75 nights a year in Marriotts and I will never stay here again.

Nice hotel, the phone line sucks they probably need to check that out, we tried calling multiple times to let them know we were going to arrive a bit later due to the rain.

Wish they had a complimentary breakfast tho :/

best thing about the hotel is the shower's water pressure 👌

Their breakfast is $25.99 per person 😭 and it's just regular nothing super special haha

Our room had a microwave and mini fridge. Beds were comfortable.
The bathroom sink is hilariously low haha but I guess great for kids
