Service was great, front desk was great .. my issue was with our room. There was a dried contact in the carpeting next to my bed, one of the beds had a yellow " crusty" sheet under the other blankets as if it has never been changed before . The bathrooms do not have fans, so the entire room gets very humid after taking a shower. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible for doing your makeup and there is very limited counter space. But the cleanliness of our room was my main issue.

Stayed one night before a convention. Room was small but clean and quiet. Hotel bar was pleasant with great service. Food was tasty. Pool was heated but no hot tub (only disappointment there). Staff friendly and attentive. Mall across the steep for shopping entertainment and more dining options. Fitness room large and lots of options for workout. Business center right at elevator for easy access. Parking appeared safe. I would stay here again.

Beds were good. Service was great. We stayed here as two of us ran the marathon and we did need some help with things and the front staff were understanding and accommodating.

My friend had a deeply troubling experience at this hotel. After paying in full for her room, she discovered that her room was double sold while she was away. Consequently, all her belongings were discarded by the hotel staff. The management responded insensitively, showing little regard for her distress and even laughing at her situation. This level of service is unacceptable for an establishment that claims to be reputable. I genuinely suspect that this incident reflects not only a broader management issue but possibly a deeper bias against guests of color. Regardless, the behavior displayed is unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am beyond disappointed with this hotel by the experience that my friend shared to me. She told me the whole story already so I don’t see bias in between, the hotel should take the whole fault. While she was out of room for personal reasons, she still paid for the room in that period of time, the staff inexplicably threw away her luggage and personal belongings without any notification or explanation, then joke is here, they sold the room out! This is completely unacceptable and shows a severe lack of respect for guests' belongings.
Despite raising this issue with management, she received no satisfactory resolution or apology. This incident not only ruined her trip but also caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here to think twice. Customer service and accountability were nonexistent in this situation.

My friend had a terrible experience at this hotel. She paid for 4 weeks of accommodation upfront, and during the third week, she left for a few days to stay with another friend. Before leaving, she informed the front desk that she wouldn’t be checking out early. However, when she returned, she found that her room had been double-booked and was already occupied by another guest. Even worse, all her belongings were missing. The hotel refused to explain why this happened and didn’t offer any apology or compensation for her lost items. If you’re considering staying here, be extremely cautious.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel before but I'm writing this as a fire evacuee. Although we fled the Eaton fire in neighboring Altadena, our daughter lives about 10 minutes from here so we booked a room the morning we needed it. I am writing this on night three of our stay.||The staff here could not have been nicer or more professional. I met Da first, who helped get us settled and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. His Asst Manager Kristen was a wonderful manager who was clearly working hard with her staff during this difficult period. Our housekeeper Bernice brought me something I needed and was lovely to us. ||Not only was the staff wonderful, the hotel was located across from the Westfield mall (formerly Fox Hills?) and I was able to purchase "necessities" and snacks at Target and pick up meals at its food court. ||Thank you to the staff of Four Points Culver City, for being so nice to my husband and me during a very difficult time.

NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE. My friend booked a room for the whole month and had paid in full. When she felt unwell and went away in the third week, she informed the front desk to not check her out and not move her belongings. I guess such simple things can be easily understood by even kindergarten children. But they would not. They lost my friend’s belongs, checked out her without even notifying her (no email, no call), and charged extras (not even sure what that for) on her card. After all this, they even refused to pay for the loss. They better not be racists.
