This place is awesome to stay at. We were up there for a gun show last weekend. Jen and the entire team there was perfect in all aspects. Accommodations were amazing very clean and quiet. Looking forward to next year for the show and hearing the frogs lol

We were in Amery to attend the funeral of a dear friend. Jennifer and her team could not have been more helpful. She gave us lodging when our AirBnB could not accommodate us unexpectedly. Continually, she offered assistance, helping us with mailing dahlia bulbs from our friend to others. She even found boxes and tape for packing and delivered them to USPS for posting on Monday. This may appear as a motel, but it is so much more. It is an inn with staff who care about their guests and deliver service above and beyond. The rooms are clean and the prices are faur. If you are visiting Amery, please stay here. You will not be disappointed.

This Inn is very special. They have great prices and clean rooms. What makes this Inn special is the outstanding staff. Jennifer and her team provide customized service at the concierge level. They helped us with some unique needs we had - unexpected check in, use of lobby for meals, and packaging some items we needed to box. They even helped us mail four boxes of dahlia bulbs. If you are traveling to Amery, please stay here. You will be delighted.

My family and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had several young children in our group and the staff was so accommodating and kind. There was a box of toys in the lobby and a variety of snacks available. The rooms are updated and clean. Hot coffee, hot chocolate and cider available at all times! We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for making us feel like family!!

I am ashamed of even giving the rating a 1 star. April 2024 I called and blocked off my wedding date for Friday and Saturday. The staff I had talked to her name was Courtney. She was amazing and helped us out thoroughly. Fast-forward to February 2025 I call to start doing reservations and bookings and both days. The lady who answered the phone was completely rude and disrespectful. She accused me of fraud as I’m sitting with my wedding party going through each person‘s reservation with their information so she interrupted me mid sentence and said she was gonna have her manager call me. Her manager called me and instead of correcting her staff‘s behavior she fed into it as well and was just as rude and now banned all of us from the Forrest Inn motel. When you are a manager, you do not allow your staff to be disrespectful to customers and you as a manager don’t do that behavior either. I’m sure the owners would’ve loved knowing that his hotel just lost out on $6000+ due to these women’s awful behaviors towards customer's. I 10/10 would not recommend working with this hotel for an individual booking or a wedding booking. * And I will add they were not just rude to me - the bride, but also my wedding party that was booking too. 💋 no thanks!

I infected find a local hotel that was kind and polite on the phone to all of us and appreciates our service and is excited for our stay in June! I will gladly keep supporting business’s that treat their customers as well!

My husband and I, along with our two dogs, stayed a few nights during Christmas. We had the king bed with a jacuzzi room. Everything was clean, comfortable and extremely peaceful. The staff were very kind and accommodating. We had intentions of going to the casino but never got there. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the quiet. We will definitely be going back. I love this place. Great place. Highly recommend!!! .

Very nice place, nice rooms, nice soft, but firm mattress. They have strange little lights between the beds that are hard to turn off and on, and I wish there was a continuous fan button on the air conditioner. The refrigerator has a freezer which is nice. The sink area is well lit which is good for me and shaving.

My friend had rooms blocked out for her wedding in June for her wedding party. When calling to confirm and ask about the rooms the front desk employee gave her attitude and was accusing her of fraud and just down right disrespectful when my friend asked to talk to her manager, she said he would be calling her. When the manager did call she explained sticking up for herself how she felt insulted and disrespected by the employees attitude and accusations and the manager told her her and the wedding guests or party were banned from the hotel. Don't work in customer service if you can't be respectful, I can guarantee all of our rooms would be paid for in full with absolutely no fraud. We will take our service else where and suggest you do the same.
