I am a Food Fight Restaurant Group fan. From their leadership to their front of house and back of house folks, Food Fight knows how to hire, train and retain top talent. Full disclosure - I have first hand knowledge of the talent hired by this organization because FFRG believes in the importance of training their teams and sends them to training where I am the lead facilitator (I included a photo of a recent example of this iin action). But I don't stop there. I 'check' on these employees often by dining in their incredible restaurants. Some of my most favorite family pictures are from experiences in these restaurants (I've included photos of my family from Hubbard Avenue Diner and Cento). I can proudly say that not only is the food good, the way they train their employees to treat each guest in their restaurants is Top Notch. I highly recommend, often, any of the restaurants to first time and long time Madison experience seekers as I am confident they will leave happy and bellies full. Food Fight Restaurant Group gets it right! No wonder their motto is Say Yes!

I have had great experiences with almost every Food Fight Restaurant I have been to. Their great staff and customer-first attitude is consistent across all of their restaurants. They helped to cater desserts to my wedding and went above and beyond! They made the process extremely painless and everything was executed perfectly. We were so impressed in the early stages of working with them on our desserts that we chose one of their restaurants to hold our rehearsal dinner. They were very helpful and accomodating with that as well. I cannot recommend working with them enough.

I used to work in a Food Fight restaurant and can say that the Food Fight corporate team really went above and beyond anytime I needed them to make sure I was being supported and had career growth opportunities. They also invested in our restaurant team, with Monty coming and talking to us about changes that were being made to improve Food Fight.

I’m a fan of many of the Food Fight restaurants and have been since moving to Madison from NYC back in 1997.

My faves are probably Hubbard Avenue Diner, Everly and Miko Poke but it’s hard to narrow down the list.

I’ve heard some Madison folks grumble or grouse about the company being “too corporate” but I don’t agree. I think that the different concepts/locations are successful because the company works hard to attract good employees, invest in training and focus on customer service – and they clearly provide management at the restaurants the support and tools to be successful.

I know I’ll be having a good meal and a pleasant experience whenever I dine at a Food Fight restaurant. In all of these years of being a Food Fight customer I’ve only ever had a few very mild/minor disappointments or issues with food/service - and those were addressed immediately and courteously.

My teen daughter is a Food Fight employee and her positive experiences at work have made me appreciate the company even more. She feels valued and respected at work and enjoys the culture at her job. That’s so important to me as a parent.

As a customer I can say I consistently have been impressed with the welcoming hospitality we’ve experienced with employees at the different restaurants. Also, I appreciate that Food Fight is involved in the communities where their restaurants are located in meaningful (and generous) ways.

So we had $200 gift cards from our builders from 2 years ago used them at food fight for $26 great deal for some one but not is!!!!

Even if you take a $2.00 service fee per year and I bought most of these cards before Covid $100- 6 in my accounting doesn’t equal $26. if this has happened to some of my clients since we typically give these out as gifts for weddings and appreciation gifts and several of your restaurants have changed doing Covid this is a pretty good scam your running on business owners and I’m embarrassed I’ve used your service for gifts for several years

Food Fight took over many local restaurants, sometimes changed names, menus & decor. The biggest complain is they use bad quality ingredients. Complained to them many times, they don't care. The decor in most places is very sterile & airport lounge environment.

One would think being a large restaurant group in a life style city like Madison they would have advantage with cost & quality of goods. Does not reflect that on the menu or the taste.

Will give another try.

Our family *loves* the food fight restaurant group. Our favorites: Coopers, Luigis, Cento, Miko Poke, Avenue Club, and Basset Street Brunch Retreat. Professionally, I also enjoy Steenbock's for working lunches. The service is predictably good, and the food even more so. I even enjoy that I can have things delivered from Food Fight via EatStreet when it's not feasible to go out. My favorite right now? The Tagliatelle with Ragu from Cento. Sooooo delicious! We also appreciate that all of the food fight groups offer different types of dining experiences (from fancy to family friendly).

Went to the Market Street Diner in Sun Prairie. Had a great meal by t service was awful. Slow, inattentive and terribly inefficient. We waited for a long time to order, little check back service and waited 30 minutes to order pie. We finally gave up. We were going to try and take pie home but could not even do that as they were out of pie! How is that possible a place that promotes its pies. Will never return to this restaurant and probably never go to a food fight restaurant. The corporate feel really turns me off especially in the face of the worst service I have ever encountered.

Food was very good,
Server was very good
Was seated by man who turned out to be the owner. Absolutely Terrible !!! Every time he talked to someone, he would pull down his mask when masks were required. Worst thought, when he brought over two glasses of water to us he grabbed the glasses from the top of each with his fingers. Even a beginning waiter knows better than to do this especially during a pandemic.
