Ashley fed our 15-person nonprofit board of directors during an overnight retreat + planning session in the Columbia River Gorge. Over the course of 1 dinner, 1 breakfast, and 1 lunch, her food was all so delicious. Peruvian roasted chicken thighs with aji verde, honey and cardamom roasted carrots with goat cheese, mini spinach quiche, avo toast with lox, autumn Caesar salad, vegetable and barley soup... The winning dishes kept on coming. She was friendly and professional, and we loved having her cook on-site, where we could smell everything and build an appetite to match! We would hire Ashley again in a heartbeat.
