I can not recommend this office. The agent I worked with regarding my home listing shocked me by exhibiting atrocious behavior, yesterday, at the worst possible time. I am still shaking over the suddeness of this individual having exploded with intimidating anger and accusations directed at me. He ruined what had been a joyous process of change; selling my beloved home of many years as I start a new chapter in elderly life.

We completed a very comprehensive telephone call discussing the detailed and lengthy buyer's inspection report about my house. I then asked him in a text if I could also speak with the buyer's agent. It was like a bomb went off. Within seconds he rang my phone and I was visciously attacked by an emotional tantrum with accusations and demands screamed repeatedly; "YOU THINK I CAN'T DO MY JOBBBB!!!" No, I was just asking... "YOU HAAAVE TO TRUSTTT MEEEEE!!!" My efforts to steer him back from what seemed like PTSD he was suffering, failed.

Choosing to pick up the phone and angrily explode at an old lady who is one's client and is dependent on a transaction you are delivering, is wrong and injuring on many levels.

Mr. Chad Connor or the office manager just needs to check his phone and they will see my simple question in his text. And his abusively angry, attacking phone call arrived in my ear seconds later. Beyond unacceptable. Beyond unprofessional.

Also worth knowing - Since choosing to work with this agent 60 days ago, I noticed that half the time I asked a question, he interpreted my questions as an afront to him. He would take it personally and defend himself. It was exhausting that the agent would behave like this when I just needed his help with information about how stuff works in the MLS. I looked to him as the professional in our contracted listing agreement. For example, one question I had was what the rules are for square footage totals on the mls because my property has a separate accessory building set up as a livable space, but it isn't on a slab. Can the square footage of the separate building could be in the total for the listing or should it be stated separately? He had so much trouble in that conversation, confusing my question as a criticism about him and unnecessarily defending himself. It was exhausting, however,
I eventually got through to him that it wasn't about him. Whew! He finally agreed to find out about what I was asking, and he called me back later with information. Though the amount of work it took to get past his insecurities nearly every time I needed to converse with him was challenging, I never imagined the intimidating meltdown directed at me that came later.

When shopping for a home, you want a Realtor that is responsive, knowledgeable and understanding. Larissa Lima was all of that. As first time home owners, we were still learning a lot, but Larissa was very good at explaining how everything worked. She listened to our wants and needs for our new home, and went above and beyond to find the perfect home for us. We will definitely be using Larissa Lima again in future home purchases, as will for sure refer her to family/friends who are searching for their dream house too! Thank you, Larissa! I just bought a house where Tommy Merchant was the selling realtor in Scottsmoor. It was problems right from the start with a total lack of communication that almost held up my closing date and cost me extra money as well. To start, A new roof was negotiated in the deal. I inquired for almost two weeks as to the status of the roof through my realtor to which he was completely ignored by Tommy. He has an iPhone with his read receipts turned on so we could see that he was viewing the multiple messages sent and choosing to not respond. I finally got fed up and sent him a lengthy text myself to which he read and didn't respond to but responded to my realtor that day. The roof was not completed until a couple days before closing causing me to have to pay out of pocket for a second appraisal and 4-point inspection. Then, when I took possession of the home, I discovered the seller breached the contract he signed and removed multiple appliances from the house that were to convey costin me a couple thousand more dollars. Tommy's response to this was "Wow". If you're looking for a realtor, this is about the last person you would want to trust with the biggest purchase of your life as all he cares about is getting his commission and moving on to the next person. His lack of communication is embarrassing and the fact he could care less about contractual agreements is both upsetting and very alarming! Steer clear of this realtor and this entire agency for that matter since this is the type of person they employ.

I've recently had a rather unpleasant experience with the incessant mass mailings from Century 21 Flag Agency. The constant influx of SPAM mail letters has become a significant annoyance, and I felt compelled to share my frustration here.

The inconvenience lies not only in dealing with the hassle of transferring these unwanted letters from the mailbox to the recycling bin but also in the environmental impact of such practices. In a world that is increasingly focused on sustainability, it's disheartening to see Century 21 Flag Agency contributing to unnecessary waste with its relentless mailings.

Requests to be removed from their mailing list have been unsuccessful, as the unwanted letters persist. If this continues, I encourage others to mark this junk mail as "Return To Sender."

It's disappointing when a company, especially one like Century 21 Flag Agency, doesn't prioritize the preferences and concerns of its recipients, particularly when it comes to environmental issues. I hope Century 21 Flag Agency takes this feedback seriously and considers more eco-friendly and customer-centric practices moving forward.
