10/10 across the entire board! I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel today & let me just say she’s AMAZING! She’s gave me a brief but informative overview about how the meal preps works & what she recommended. She was very sweet & welcoming! I was a
little nervous to try anything because I’m VERY picky but I tried the Mac & cheese plate and it was DELICIOUS! I can’t wait to go back & try the other options they had. I even had a sneak peak into their gym & it was very clean & organized. Thank you Rachel for being so welcoming!

From the moment I placed the call to find out about the establishment I knew I was in good hands. The team, their knowledge, the staff are all EXCELLENT!!

Due to out of control diabetes we needed to find a plan that would help my husband. After only 6 weeks he is NORMAL ranges and it is due to Fitchow. Not only is their food healthy but EVERY MEAL IS DELICIOUS. You cannot go wrong with a subscription or just dropping by and picking up. They made a world of difference in our lives and they will do the same for you.

This is my new obsession! First, the food is REALLY good, this far exceeds what I expected the meals to be! And second, Rachael (the owner) and her son are SO freaking nice and totally answer all my questions! This is definitely my new thing that is going to help me as a busy mom/realtor to stay on track 🙂 I stocked up today and now im so excited for dinner tonight lol 😆
