The apartments are great, very modern, upgraded. Main problem is as soon as you arrive you cannot park on the designated areas due that there is a homeless encampment. There are people under the influence of drugs, some are violent, screaming, swearing to other people walking around. Ramp access for handicap people is right there where the encampment is. Next to the stairs outside is dirty. Here is where you get access in and out of the building. There is no security and this happens every single day. Everytime I wanted to get in or out of the building I needed to be very aware of my surroundings, to be sure it was safe. It is a shame due that is a great centric location and the apartments are wonderful. Hopefully this will be solved in the near future.

Rented a two bedroom/2 bath condo for 3 nights. This place is next to a homeless camp, but we had no problems. Not enough electrical plugs, with some lamps that are decorative, not plugged in. There is no table for playing board games. Beautiful view!

What a delightful place to stay! The beds were comfortable, the decor was exceptional, and the location was perfect. Absolutely perfect in every way!

This is an outstanding place to stay for ground zero for walking anywhere in Astoria. Well decorated with a full size kitchen. Right across from Bouy Brewing!
